We used Dune to do the shade sails for our roof terrace in Vila Sol. The service was very professional and the work carried out very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Super helpful company and great work, had a seam give out on our main sail whilst I was out with students. Dune helped me out, dropped my sail in at 3pm and it was delivered back to me the next morning at 9am. Absolutely fantastic service thank you for keeping our course on track! Would highly recommend

Quoted for replacement shade sail. Their quote was 17 times more expensive than the one I bought 3 year ago from elsewhere. Perhaps they rely on people not shopping around.

The quotation request was made online and your complaint is only on the basis of the amount.
We have never agreed to supply any of our products and you have never seen our material or asked for technical features so there is no way to make comparisons or evaluations.
You know that there is a difference between low-cost and high-quality products.
It is clear that quality products are always more expensive as they imply more resistance and superior quality materials and we also provide 10 years of warranty. Dune Sailmakers shade sails can last up from 20 to 30 years. They are provided with 316 stainless steel fittings and rigging that can last a lifetime.
The shade sails are customized according to our clients request.
As you can see there is a difference between the low cost shade sail you bought that luckily lasted 3 years.
If you have the opportunity, we invite you to stop by our loft and we can show the quality of our materials and work.
