Working with Ryan was the best decision we made when we decided to sell our property in Welland. From the very first consultation, Ryan made a really positive impression. He is knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and flexible. He could not have been more hardworking or any easier to work with, and he was super patient with us, handling our needs and circumstances as overseas/long-distance clients with good humour and grace. Honestly, we could not recommend him enough! 5 stars, 10/10, would absolutely work with him again.

My boyfriend and I worked with Ryan for our first home purchase. We met him when we visited one of his listings and decided he was who we wanted to work with because of his knowledge about the property and his calm personality. As first home buyers, a lot of realtors were cold calling us and asking us to choose them. Ryan was confident and didn’t make us feel like he needed us. When other realtors worked double time for our attention, Ryan remained concentrated on his work and made us feel he was confident in himself. He never once seemed desperate or eager to close our deal. That made us feel allowed to take our time in choosing a property and making the best decision for ourselves. Ryan’s slow burn ambition and success makes him the guy you want to work with.

Kees Verburg here I would like to describe my recent "the purchase of real estate in Ontario" related experiences. After having returned from a multi- year sojourn throughout the very warm climes of the Arabian Peninsula and a desperately required R & R period in Canada to return to my normal state of insanity, I, upon the advice of my new, delightful, still uncommitted love, threw myself into the Ontario housing madness, sorry, market. With the serious intent of purchasing a low cost fixer upper so I could fully indulge in my fixation of destroying, regretting then fixing, and definitely improving. Koukun helped us buy a house in St.Catharines many years ago. He was professional and extremely personable! On closing he brought a red carpet and took pictures.
