After doing research I called several companies and for The most part the prices were within 500-1000. I have had central vacs in the past at my other homes this time I wanted a really good unit that hit all the points of powerful suction, easy to change bags and quite as well. I can honestly say I made the right choice. Mike can put and looked at the job, gave a quote and came within the next week installed it exactly like he said he would! Clean installation and the system well I will say that I love it ! It is easy to change the bag and the bags are so durable they don’t fall apart and to as far as changing them , all the other systems I had I always had an issue with the clips , bags tearing and ripping them I would get dirty. This system was the total opposite !! You can’t go wrong ! Great job !

We decided to upgrade our central vac to hide a hose, we reached out to duravac, Mike got back to us promptly and came out to our house for an estimate, he was honest, straightforward and kind, we proceeded with the installation, him and his team exceeded our expectations. Very clean, careful and thorough. We are so glad to have found them. Also Hide a hose has been an amazing addition, makes cleaning almost enjoyable.

Duravac were great! We had a DIY installation that went bad from the previous owner and Mike and his crew came in and installed a brand new unit as well as the Hide a hose setup (only way to go). They were professional and extremely easy to work with while we sorted out the mess we had from the previous system. If you’re on the fence about hide a hose vs traditional ports - go hide a hose and…CALL MIKE. 5 out of 5 for Mike and his crew.

Could not be happier with Duravac, Mike's professionalism and his crew! We upgraded from a traditional vacuum and are so happy that we made the change. What a difference and how easy it is to use. If you are able to make this investment it is worth every penny. Mike was very thorough in explaining the installation, how everything would work and the maintenance. Mike returned our call within minutes of inquiring to service. Called me again same day and showed up at my house within a half hour and set up installation for three days later Great service and good guys to work with. I needed to have my DuraVac connection moved. The service man came the next day and took care of it efficiently and neatly. I am very happy with the company and their quick response to any issue. Love the fact you can get them on the phone without a million prompts!!!

The owner and his staff were patient and flexible with us while we chose the system that was best for our home. The job was performed efficiently and in a clean and neat manner. The staff was respectful of our needs and considerate of our preferences and desires regarding the details. They walked us through how to use each element of the system and the owner assured us that we could count on him if we develop any questions in the future. We love the new system, our floors have never been more clean and the air in my home is more breathable now!

We have 3 dogs and used a Dyson for years that we loved, but decided to install the central vac system when we renovated our kitchen. It is so much more efficient and real easy to use. Mike worked with our contractors to coordinate the installation and made it real easy. Highly recommend their services.

I was on the fence about getting a Central Vac but after doing my research I went for it (I suffer from allergies). I’m so happy I did, easy to use and they were so professional during installation. Duravac ? On September 12 I ordered bags from you and paid $73.86. Week later I was in touch with both of you regarding my order and you tried to track and no success. on September 26. Gentlemen called me and said " your order can not track so I send you another package at no charge." I was very appreciated. On Monday September 29th the package arrives on wrong address address which is my brother. we have same address difference is one Letter B which my brother rented his apartment Another thing is HOW did different name appear on the package and I pay for it? On Monday september 29 I called ((because I felt bad when they said : I am sorry but I can not locate your package so I will ship you another order. So I just wanted to let costumer service know that since he shipped the order and first one appeared in wrong address go ahead and charge my card again.Duravac did charge my card on september 29th and there is no package coming as of now yet on my address or my brothers address. Costumer service said your package may arrive under your brothers name not on your name because computer generates the address automatically. Well my brother rent his apartment, why my packages are not going under the payees name as it is on the card. how do you want me to rate you?

At first we weren't sure if we wanted to make the investment in a central vaccumn cleaning system but after having it installed in our home we fell in love with it. I always dreaded cleaning the house, especially dragging a heavy machine from room to room and with all the noise. This unit made our life much easier and it cleans really deep into the rugs. We also had one installed at our business with an additional hide away hose which is great. The person who installed the unit was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank You Duravac for the great cleaning experience. Make the switch. It's totally worth it.

Their service was great. Before hiring them we had some rooms renovated. We had a concern if the central vac installation would mess up the work that we had done. We were informed that everything would be exactly the same and it was. We were very impressed.
