After purchasing our home three years ago, our lawn was in pretty bad shape after contacting DuVall Lawn care and having them do the fertilizing, aeration, pest control, it is now one of the best Lawns on the street and I receive comments about it all the time. All their employees are fantastic to deal with always positive attitudes whether it’s in the office or out in the field. Thanks for the fantastic job Andy.

I'm sorry it took so long for me to leave a review. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the service I get from Duvall. I started out with an ugly lawn and as they explained beforehand it took a couple of years for it to completely transform to a dandy looking yard, but it was one of the things everyone commented on when we were selling the house. I was so pleased I recommended them to all my neighbors and kept using them when we moved to Gladstone. Anyway, I thought it was time to let you know how much I appreciate having an honest, punctual, effective and affordable lawn care company.

Veronique, I am sorry you were disappointed with our service and felt our staff was rude. After the 4 phone calls we all felt that on every phone call we had answered all of your questions and ended each call on a pleasant note. We were unaware that you were unhappy with our service or that any of our office staff had been rude with you on any of the phone conversations. The last phone conversation you had with our office manager she did what you requested by crediting your service and canceling the account. You thanked her and got off the phone. We strive for customer satisfaction here at DuVall Lawn Care and will go above and beyond for our customers. If you would have said something to us, we would have done whatever it took to make it right. We do appreciate your feedback.

We've used DuVall for our lawn care for the last 2.5 years and are super happy with how our lawn has improved! The crabgrass and weeds are a thing of the past, and our grass is softer, greener, and more lush. Would definitely recommend.

Office and tech staff work well together, keeping me involved in communication. All of the staff over the past several years have shown interest in attending to my concerns, answering my questions, solving problems. They call to set service times, do efficient and effective work. If I discover an untreated area, they will return and correct.
Mole control has been an excellent service. They have worked effectively to keep the moles from tearing-up areas of the yard and have taught me how to apply mole repellent.
Also, prior lawn services mismanaged elimination of entrenched fast spreading weeds. Duvall has kept them out of the lawn.
Most recently, I asked them to obtain soil samples for analysis.
I highly recommend their honesty, friendliness, and conscientious attention.
