I’ve purchased flowers from this shop several times, but the quality of the flowers has declined, and my recent experience was terrible. The bouquet I bought was not fresh, the flowers were unhealthy, and the colors didn’t match my order. The customer service was awful and not helpful, and the lady was not friendly both over the phone and in person. This experience completely ruined my day, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone!

Great neighborhood florist! We love their work so much that we asked Eka and her team to do our wedding. We wanted to do fun planters for centerpieces so Eka let us buy our own planters (much cheaper wholesale) and then they filled them with a variety of beautiful plants. They also decorated a chuppah beautifully and provided candles. The team was so easy to work with, we loved it.

Eka and her team worked on my wedding flowers at Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg and they were a dream! I’m so grateful to them for creating such beautiful arrangements. Especially my bridal bouquet. I highly recommend them, they’re highly skilled and have excellent taste. I made an inspiration board for Eka and they took off with it, they turned out so much more beautiful that I could have imagined. Thank you thank you thank you! Edewelweiss exceeded our floral expectations for our wedding at a restaurant in Brooklyn. They blew it out the park! It was such a pleasure to work with Elka & her team- very responsive and made our visions come to life with their incredible work.

Edelweiss did the flowers for our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Eka was great to work with from the start - she was super responsive by email and worked with us to make sure we had all the floral elements we wanted but didn’t try to upsell us on things that we didn’t want or need. We loved that we got to go in a month before the wedding to meet with Eka and look at some sample florals so that we could make sure everything was what we were looking for. The flowers at the wedding were stunning, from the chuppah to the bud vase centerpieces to my gorgeous bouquet. Eka and her team did a great job with setup and breakdown, and were all so friendly and helpful. From start to finish, we loved working with Edelweiss!

The team at Edelweiss is absolutely wonderful and their creations are gorgeous. I wouldn't think of going to another florist. I've relied on them for everyday arrangements, parties, celebratory bouquets and even greenery installment during the holidays. They really listen to what you want in terms of style and color.

Edelweiss did the flowers for our daughter's wedding in Brooklyn last weekend and we couldn't have been happier. From our very first visit to Edelweiss, it was clear that they perfectly understood our daughter's vision and the experience of planning and ordering the flowers was all extremely easy and enjoyable. Their pricing was very reasonable but by far the most important thing was the end result....the bridal bouquets were even more interesting and beautiful than we could have imagined, the pew arrangements were exactly right, and the large arrangements for the altar area were absolutely gorgeous. We give them our highest recommendation!

Eka from Edelweiss is an absolute pleasure to work with! She did my florals for my pandemic wedding in 2020 and as a wedding planner I was able to work with her again for my clients Emily & Adam's wedding at The Central Park Boathouse in June, 2024. Start to finish she was attentive and helpful and made the bride's vision a reality!

I must say, my experience was simply delightful. Not only did they offer the most reasonably priced flowers and plants, but the entire atmosphere of the shop was warm and inviting. The knowledgeable and attentive staff made the whole experience that much more pleasant. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the prices, selection, atmosphere, service, and plant quality.

I recently ordered flowers from Edelweiss to surprise my mother for her birthday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and beautifully arranged, and the customer service was above and beyond. They went out of their way to ensure that the flowers were delivered on time, and they even sent a personal message to my mother before delivering them, which added a special touch. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough! They truly are the best in the business.

Eka and her team at Edelweiss are amazing! They put together absolutely stunning flowers for my daughter's wedding, are lovely people, easy to deal with and - to be frank - less pricey than many other vendors. We love them!!!

Was great the first couple times but have been awful since. They don’t get the colors right, and the amount of flowers vastly differs than what we got the first couple visits. Unfortunately would recommend avoiding

Had my first order/delivery experience with Edelweiss and I'm beyond impressed with how everything turned out! I ordered the 'Pearl' arrangement for an anniversary gift and it arrived early afternoon to our building and it was BEAUTIFUL. Pictures online (which already look great) dont do the final product justice. It really took my breath away. Im so grateful for everyone that works there. You made this anniversary gift one for the books. Thanks again!

Eka was so easy to work with and was able to accommodate within our price range and design! We wanted something simple and she did such a great job. Communication was also spot on!

Edelweiss is absolutely the best florist in NYC- I live in Brooklyn and use them for all my Manhattan orders as they offer a very reasonable delivery fee and the arrangements are absolutely stunning. The quality and artistry to their flowers, plants, and orchids is top notch and consistent. Everything is always beautiful!

We got married yesterday and you did a wonderful job with the flowers. I loved my bouquet and felt very special with it. Thank you again!
