eDreams is SCAM! CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! SCAM! BE VERY CAREFUL! When purchasing a flight ticket the system in a misleading way put me in the position of purchasing a free trial membership of a year subscription which would get automatically charged if not cancelled before a certain date. The website says you may cancel through the website itself or by calling a call center free of charge. Well, the edreams website has no link to click on in order to cancel the subscription. Obviously that's a smart way to oblige the customer to speak on the phone to a person. The call center employee, clearly instructed by edreams, was trying all the excuses possible to convince me not to cancel, even offering an amazing discount, and to make the call as exhausting as possible, in order for me to give up on my request. I insisted several times on my request of cancelling the subscription and the employee on the phone was keeping on the call saying it was a very very long procedure. Finally I won and received the email of cancellation of this ghost subscription, but it took me almost 45 minutes on the phone talking to this awful edream call center. NEVER AGAIN! Edreams is a bunch of criminals trying to make money misleading people. Edreams go to JAIL!

Save yourself and don't use them (just my two cents) I would NEVER USE EDREAMS AGAIN. This review is by nature only my opinion but I have a very low opinion of edreams. Paid them for their awful membership which just gives you a service person to tell you they can't fix the issue (at least in my case) and continuously ask you if there's anything else they can help you with. They try to get you off the phone by assuring you their fix will work but if you stall them just a few seconds and are fast enough in your phone you can have them on speaker and verify they are incorrect over and over again until they admit they can't solve your problem. You just have to pay more money. They sent me a credit for a mistake on their side and another one to keep me a member. After 3 hours of "service" they were unable to book my any flight using those credits despite reading their guide on how to use credits. They said they'd reissue the credit to me but either lied or forgot or otherwise didn't send it. They sold me a "Westjet Economy" ticket but actually gave me an expensive "Westjet Ultra Basic" ticket which is not the same thing. They argued with me on the phone saying they had provided me an economy ticket directly. They had not. They didn't fix it with Westjet for me which is literally what I'm paying them for. The CSR interrupted me and talked while I was talking. They didn't make any of the three situations right. They were just awful to work with. Go to kayak. com. In my experience, Kayak is always cheaper anyways. I will never again use them. I've made s pipeda request for them to delete my account and information and never contact me again.

MISLEIDING EN FRAUDE - WEGBLIJVEN BIJ DIT BEDRIJF Het is echt een misleidende nare frauduleuze website. Ik probeerde een enkeltje te boeken via Google Flights, en werd doorverwezen naar Edreams. Ik kende dit hele bedrijf niet, maar gebruik Google Flights vaker en dacht dat het dus wel prima zou werken allemaal. Ik ben echter ineens lid van Edreams Prime nu zonder mijn medeweten, en dat goedkope enkeltje is ineens in prijs verdubbeld door de abonnementskosten die ik moet betalen en waar ik met geen mogelijkheid onderuit lijk te kunnen zonder te bellen met die buitenlandse nummers die ze op hun website zetten. Ik zit zelf in het buitenland, heb geen abonnement hier en ben dus totaal niet in de gelegenheid om te bellen. Ik weet echt niet hoe ik dit moet oplossen en Edreams biedt hierin geen enkele hulp of handvaten. Plus ik voel me gewoon 'genaaid' omdat ik plots aan dat nietstoevoegende abonnement vastzit waar ik niets voor heb getekend of goedkeuring voor heb gegeven. Het is echt schandalig!

SCAM ALERT stay clear I am beyond disappointed and angry with Edreams. They have blatantly taken advantage of my trust, and I can’t believe a company would operate in such a deceitful way. Without my consent, Edreams charged me 69.99 euros for a Prime membership renewal - despite the fact I haven’t used their platform in over a year and a half! Immediately after seeing this unauthorized charge on my account, I called their customer support hotline, where I waited 20 minutes just to speak to someone. After finally getting through, I explained my situation and requested a refund. I was met with dismissiveness and was told refunds are “no longer possible.” Instead, they offered me a laughable “90-euro voucher” for a booking over 300 euros. Really? This is how you offer to resolve my issues when I don't want anything to do with you? Unfortunately, this is not the first time it’s happened. In November 2023, I canceled my membership on their website only to be charged the next day! That time, after fighting for a refund, I was finally told my membership would be canceled, and I was left under the impression that I’d be free from Edreams' shady practices. And yet here I am, still getting charged a year later. It’s clear from my experience, and from reading countless other reviews, that Edreams has no intention of improving. This isn't an isolated incident; their reputation speaks for itself. Friends, family, and my entire community around me have all been warned about this company and their deceitful tactics. Edreams, do the right thing and refund all the customers you've wrongfully charged. To everyone reading this, beware - DO NOT trust Edreams. They will sell you higher prices, charge you without your knowledge or consent then refuse to refund you. There are far better, trustworthy travel platforms out there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Avoid these scammers I booked a flight with Edreams and they subscribed me to their prime without my knowledge! I was charged 90euros for this prime that I never chose and now they are even stating that I cannot get my money back even when I want to cancel the prime subscription. Stay away from this website

Prime membership you didnt know you subscribed and charged €95 I was unaware that I had an active membership, and I was charged €95 without clear prior notice. When I requested a refund on the same day the charge was made, I was informed that I would not receive a full refund. The terms of this subscription were not transparent, and I would never have chosen to use this service had I known about these refund policies. A quick search online reveals that many others have encountered similar issues, with numerous complaints about unclear charges and refund practices, leading many to question the integrity of the company.

Scamming I have booked some plane tickets from edreams and after a few hours I receivef a notification from my bank that I have been charged for Prime.I called the number from edreams support and after 1 hour and 15 I solved nothing. They refused to refund me, I cannot remove the CC from the website and on my edreams App the CC doesn't show. Worst experience ever!! They are robbers and scammers !! 😡😡😡

Avoid EDREAMS at all costs! I am extremely disappointed with eDreams. After booking a flight, it was canceled by the airline, EDREAMS promised a full refund yet eDreams deducted $200 for non-refundable service fees. It’s misleading to advertise a "full refund" when hidden charges apply. I feel cheated and will be reporting this to the Ombudsman and ATAS. Avoid at all costs!

It's a terrible scam I bought some tickets via eDreams a couple of years ago and it was sort of O.K., but now all of a sudden they charged 69,90 from my bank account for some unnecessary membership without any notice. I was just visiting their website to compare the fares.
Scam alert Scam alert! I booked a flight with eDreams and got two separate invoices: one for the flight I actually booked and another for €90 for Prime, which I never opted for. When I was paying, there was no mention of Prime in the price breakdown. I only selected the €30 flight cancellation add-on, but they still charged me for Prime without my consent.Their excuse? Apparently, I used a free trial years ago (which I don’t even remember), so they automatically charged me for a full subscription. Would it have been too hard to notify me first? This is a blatant scam, forcing customers to go through the hassle of disputing charges with their bank. I highly recommend avoiding eDreams—unethical and shady business practices all around!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I am extremely disappointed with the way eDreams has handled my situation. I was charged €90 for a Prime membership I never intended to subscribe to, leaving me with €0 in my bank account and no money for food or basic necessities. Despite my urgent request for a refund and clearly explaining my financial distress, eDreams refused to help me. This is not just poor customer service; it’s cruel and unacceptable. I never wanted this membership, and I wasn’t even aware I had an account with them prior to this charge. If they wanted to charge me for one month of usage, fine – but to charge me for a full year when I don't want or need their service is outrageous. I’m now left in a dire situation, struggling to make ends meet because of their refusal to process my refund. This has put me in a life-threatening position, and eDreams' lack of empathy or willingness to assist someone in such a desperate situation is shocking. I’ve even provided proof of my financial hardship, but they still refuse to act. I will be taking this matter further, as this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Avoid eDreams at all costs – they show no regard for their customers' well-being, and their practices are both unfair and deeply disappointing.

Greedy fraud Bloody greedy fraudsters Can only add to the 0 stars - they are misleading people into becoming prime members which is an absolutely ridiculously useless service for 89.99€. Don’t ever book any flights there. I am waiting for the manager to call me back in the next days to aim for a refund. My bank states they get a lot of requests by customers who have been mislead by eDreams. Edreams my ass! Offer a service and people are actually willing to pay money for value - don’t trick people into contracts which out any use, you bloody fraudsters. Willing to take off review and call back solicitor if I get my money back. You can’t treat people like that. Your mum would be ashamed

Horrible company. Never never never buy tickets from them. If your flight is cancelled they won't help you get your money back. They charge 89 euros for every ticket you buy.

ZERO STARS Too bad you can't give zero stars! I just had to call a foreign number for 41 minutes to cancel my edream prime subscription! In other words, on top of the subscription fee of 90 euros that we were wrongly charged, we lost another 10 euros! A SHAME! It was clear that they were trying to keep you on the phone for as long as possible! They literally just keep you on a string. I really felt 'put in the bag'. We canceled the membership after the first year, as we had only taken the plane once. Apparently this was not successful. We were charged for a second year this week. We did not receive any email before or after. It was simply deducted from the bill! We cannot claim a refund! Unless we remain a member for another year and book a plane trip for at least 300 euros this year... Then the 90 euros could be used as too good... While it was very clear that in 2 years we have only visited once took the plane! And then the subscription just continued and we had to go through the same circus again next year. No, thanks. NO TRUST whatsoever in this company.
