Ze hebben van mijn vriendin haar creditcard geld gestolen. Mijn vriendin 60+ en dochter 40+ boekte op ca. 28 augustus 2024 via edreams, helaas gaf ik die link door ;(. Voor 2 personen retour alicante 13 november 2024 heen en 16 november 2024 terug. Toen kreeg ze ook nog na betaling te zien dat ze vanaf Rotterdam vliegen en terug vliegen ze naar Amsterdam/Schiphol. Nu vandaag is er zowaar 90 euro van haar creditcard gestolen met: annuleringsverzekering vliegreis naar Madrid. Halleluja hoe achterlijk stom, want ze gaan nooit naar Madrid, komen zij voor de 1ste keer in hun leven naar Spanje en dan deze oplichterij. Ze komen hier naar ALICANTE want ik woon in Benidorm!!!!!!!!! Is dit nu olk nog geen echte vlucht, maandag bel ik direct naar transavia en klm, daar blijken ze mee te vliegen, nou die 90 moet terug, ze hebben geen annuleringsverzekering nodig EN diefstal doen wij nederlanders niet aan.

Scam - £89.99 Prime Membership I took trial membership, used it on the same day to search for hotel, i came to conclusion that it is not worth to take membership, I called cstomer service and cancelled it. A month later i when i checked bank statement they still took the money from my card without me authorising it, i called customer service today and they said they cancelled auto renewal and your membership is still active until Aug 2025. I said i cancelled the membership when i called last time, they said now they cant cancel it and wont refund it. I used edreams to book flights in the past but will never use it again. it is total scam for £89.99

Intent of fraud I was looking for a flight and, during the transaction, they offered me to join their eDreams Prime for free. At the moment, I didn't pay much attention but, after a day or so, they sent me a mail saying they were charging me 90€ extra, because I already accepted eDreams Prime for free three (3) years ago, so now it costed me money. Of course, I called to resign from the offer, but they only refunded me half of the price. I consider this a blatant intent of fraud, I will never use their portal again and you shouldn't either.

Thieves I just woke up with 89,99 EUR less on my bank account on Aug 28th. They took the money without asking me to do so because they made their app the way you cannot notice you allowed them. When you buy tickets they give you option to be some prime member and you dont Even notice that. So after 15 days they take money from your bank card because you left the card number on their app. I will send an email to European judicial system to see what can I do with money they charged me. Be careful guys. Do not buy any tickets on eDreams and don't install their app. You will regret it.

All reviews are 1* for a reason Absolute mugs. Didn't even finish the booking process because it was so scammy. Random additional fees at every turn, and they try to automatically sign you up to their 'PRIME' membership.

EDreams = eNightmare I booked a ticket that offered a discount if I did a 30 day RISK FREE Prime Trial. NO SURPRISES. I entered all my previous and present account info into THEIR SYSTEM. They specifically stated no charge until 9/27 unless I canceled. They also did not charge when I paid the ticket. In addition they also sent an email stating the memebership would start 9/27 unless I canceled. Upon checking my account they DID charge $69.99 that day. When I called they said I had used a Prime 2 years ago but their system does not recognize the info until we PAY. At NO TIME was there an indication when I made the purchase and signed in and verified all my customer information ON THEIR SITE IN MY ACCT did they indicate I did not qualify. They sent ME the pop up offering the trial. After many many round abouts they now will refund $16 since I got a ticket "discount". I asked for an invoice that shows they paid the carrier $127 for a $79 ticket but they cannot. It is now a $53 "service fee" to purchase the $79 ticket and return to me only $16. I would NEVER have done that had they simply said, shown, informed that I did not qualify. They did the exact opposite and AFTER said Oops. This company is GOOD at stealing and should be ashamed. I have dealt with a lot of companies and this one by far is the absolute worst. All their customer service is in India and they could care less that they are wrong and read from a script. Once they steal your money they will give you every excuse to keep it and laugh about it. Blatant fraud.

Charge second time without my knowledge Warning ‼️ this is a scammer ticketing platform ‼️ don’t be attracted by their low price, it’s only a beginning of the nightmare ‼️ I successfully bought an air ticket and everything seemed settled. After a month they used my credit card details and charge me the second time without my knowledge. I immediately reported to my credit card company.

Don’t do it! If I could give them zero stars I would. I booked a flight with eDreams for part of my European vacation to get from Norway to Ireland. When I got to the airport in Norway I was unable to check in thru the kiosk so I went to the desk. They were not able to find me on the flight and told me I had to called eDreams. I called them and they notified me that my reservation was cancelled a week prior and no one at notified me. I received multiple notification during the week to check in for my flights, etc. I told them I wanted a refund and they agreed, the next day I received an email that they couldn’t get in touch with the airline and a refund wouldn’t be given. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS! I had to pay $900 for new flights as I was stranded in the Norway airport with no way to get to my next destination.

scam SCAM!! I booked a trip from Riga to Male 3 years ago which I was suggested by the support team to cancel for a refund due to change of the airline schedule and I never received a refund. I paid 1900+ euro for nothing!!! I been emailing and phoning all the time, all they say is that we are still processing the issue! Never trust this company with your long flights - in case of cancellation you will be SCAMED!!!

Nom transparency and dodgy company Terrible experience with edreams. I booked a flight (next day) with them with absolutely no mention that I may need a visa. Arrive at the airport to find out that I can't catch the flight. Accepting that their lack of transparency had cost me money, then then have audacity to charge me an annual membership that I never asked for. On calling them (at my first availability) a couple of days seeing I was charged, they said they wouldn't do a full refund. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE GIVE I PAID FOR A FLIGHT I COULDNT CATCH, CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I NEVER ASKED FOR AND THE NOT ISSUE A FULL REFUND.

EDreams is a joke, EDreams = nightmares This company is absolutely appalling. I couldn’t believe it ,I booked my flight at the end of June 2024 and today 22 August 2024 , $119 was taken from my account without my authorisation or even knowledge of this. can I finally located and number to contact them after going through the whole email to find a phone number once you go into about 4pages. It took me nearly 2 hours, of off and on hold waiting to actually speak to somebody , and I was put on hold Number of times, I had to wait to speak to a supervisor and my question was if I booked my ticket paid for my ticket received my ticket and my receipt back in June why are they taking money out today and they said to me ,it’s was my my payment for my membership fee? I didn’t asked to be a member and explained all of the above about four times and was told that I agreed to the terms and conditions when I purchased my ticket , why it took them from June to nearly the end of August take money from my account for my membership fee , it’s beyond me ,that’s not standard .they told me that they could cancel my account if I was unhappy, the only thing is, I would not get a refund at all because it is not refundable by there terms and conditions but they could offer me $90 air credit . after hanging up and being very disappointed , I looked at my emails again and saw they offered me two lots of $90 credits I Can use that if I am buying over $300 worth of flight tickets .they shocking communication skills , (what happened to Customer Service ) also disgusting customer service , and the arrogance of the two gentleman on the other end of the phone was not acceptable, I’m surprised air New Zealand would even have them selves be associated with this company. Clearly , Cowboys , who are extremely tech savvy with zero Conscience of their own.

Stay away from Edream I recently purchased a plane ticket for a friend through Edream, and I’m appalled by the experience. Without my permission, Edream signed me up for their so-called "premium" service and withdrew £89.99 from my account. This was done without any prior notice or consent, which is outright fraud. When I attempted to resolve this issue, I was met with complete unresponsiveness. Their customer service is a joke; they don’t answer calls, and the web chat is nothing more than a frustrating loop of automated questions that eventually directed me to a phone number. To my shock, I was required to provide my bank card details just to speak to someone—a clear red flag that something isn't right. It’s outrageous that a company as large and profitable as Edream would resort to such deceptive practices to cheat their customers. I would strongly advise against using their services unless you want to risk unauthorized charges and a complete lack of support. Stay away from Edream!

Terrible experience, never again A Terrible Experience with eDreams - Never Again! I’ve been a Prime member with eDreams, but that didn’t mean anything when I needed help. The entire experience was a disaster. Despite paying for a Prime membership, I was met with terrible communication and unprofessional customer service. Some representatives were even rude and threatening, which almost ruined my entire vacation. The supervisors weren’t any better—they were either unavailable or didn’t seem to care about fixing their own mistakes. Here’s what happened during this summer vacation: I used the eDreams app to book a room for myself, my son, and my 17-year-old daughter. The app said that a "child" is anyone aged 0-18, so I booked a room that looked perfect for the three of us. But then the hotel called and informed me that, according to their rules, a "child" is only someone under 11, making the room I booked unsuitable. To make matters worse, the booking was non-refundable. I was really upset, and the hotel said this was eDreams' fault. Despite being a Prime member, when I called eDreams for help, they simply told me not to worry and that they’d sort it out. Three days later, nothing had happened. I called again, and they said the issue was "urgent" and that they’d contact me within 24 hours. That never happened. Every time I called, I got the same excuse from a different person. As my vacation got closer, I became more and more stressed. I had already booked my flights, but now I had nowhere to stay. After a week of speaking to nearly nine different people, the so-called "team" was still working on it. With just one week left before my flight, I was desperate and still had no solution. Six days before my flight, I demanded they fix this immediately. Again, they told me it was "urgent" and that I’d hear back within 24 hours—but no one ever called. Out of options, I called the hotel directly. They offered to upgrade the room to fit three people for an extra fee per night, but it was more than I could afford. I told eDreams about this option, hoping they would cover the extra cost since it was their mistake, and I had paid for Prime membership to avoid this kind of stress. Three days before my flight, eDreams finally called me back, but all they offered was a refund, saying that was my only option. By this point, booking a new hotel would cost a lot more than before. When I suggested that they pay the extra fee the hotel was charging, the person I spoke to was shockingly rude. He acted like the whole situation was my fault for booking the room in the first place. Despite being a Prime member, he even threatened me, saying that if I didn’t take the refund, all records would be deleted, and I’d get nothing. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and aggressive. I was so upset and felt I had no choice but to accept the refund. Luckily, the hotel was understanding and gave me a better rate, though I still had to pay extra. For the three weeks leading up to my flight, I was constantly stressed, thinking my vacation was ruined, and feeling like there was nothing I could do. I’ve always booked my flights with eDreams without any issues, but this was my first and last time booking a hotel through them. Being a Prime member didn’t make any difference in how I was treated. I strongly recommend being very careful with eDreams. One mistake—even if it’s not your fault—can lead to major problems that they might not fix in time. And if you’ve paid for Prime membership, don’t expect it to make a difference if things go wrong.

WARNING: Scam Company Do not use this website or app. I was automatically subscribed via an online flight booking and charged $100 for “services” I didn’t want and haven’t used. They do not have any online contact platforms like chat or email and do not use WhatsApp. I downloaded their app to try contacting the charge, you also cannot contact them via the app! They only provide a telephone number within your domestic borders. So if you’re travelling abroad, it’s literally impossible to contact them.

SCAMMERS Stay away!! These are SCAMMERS! They force you to subscribe to their Prime and then there’s no option of unsubscribe. You can do it just by calling them. No one replies, and when they do it they lie to you by saying that it’s not active, but on the app is still active and it’s said that you’ll be charged so they lie to you on the phone so you can’t prove what they say to you. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

DISHONEST/ SCAM / DON’T USE Terrible, awful, dishonest, don’t use. Booked a fully flexible ticked which was apparently fully flexible, paid a premium for this flexibility. Was advertised as free changes, only pay difference in fare, but turned out they doubled my fare even though I could buy the same ticket from THEIR website for less than the original ticket. Hence decided to make a ‘free’ cancellation , eh hah. Lost 20%, apparently small print. Very misleading and will be in touch with trading standards. Steer clear.
