From walking in to the building to leaving, every member of staff is friendly, smiley and so lovely to talk to. After just one session I feel my issue has improved tremendously. There was no hassle of long waiting times or delays to be seen. An appointment was available almost instantly. And I didn’t feel pressured into booking regular slots. Where you can find in some places they’ll take as long as they can to treat you and want to see you ‘every other day’ just to get as much money from you. Overall, I would recommend here for any needs they can meet. Person centred care is definitely key here.

Very friendly and welcoming service the minute you walk in the door. Lucy was very professional and experienced. I have started with a programme of 4 accupuncture sessions to help chronic back and hip pain, one session in and I can feel the benefit already.

A very thorough and detailed history was taken followed by the best treatment and advice. Staff are very approachable, kind and extremely good at listening. No small detail is missed. I would highly recommend this company.

I went to Elevate Physio in Eccleston and saw a lovely young lady called Evie. Wasn't sure she could help with my problem, how wrong was I. One session and my hip pain has greatly reduced. I have another appointment made and no doubt I will again be even better. Very professional team and really friendly. Thank you Elevate, will be recommending others to visit should they need the help in the future.

I first met Claire and her team in August following a cycling RTA. We began a course of successful treatment. From the outset it was clear to me Claire sets very high standards within the business meaning clients receive a warm, friendly reception and a very high standard of treatment. Her interest in a client is far more than “fix the problem” as she takes time to understand the patient’s medical needs and, importantly what it will take to return the client to their pre-injury life.
I’ve found the support, both physical and mental, knowing there is a genuine interest in me as a person, an enormous help in my recovery. Having met, Claudia, physiotherapist, and the reception staff, Karen and Lisa, one sees Claire’s ethos and standards cascade down through the practice.
Highly recommended without any hesitation

Early days. But I found Evie very thorough and attentive. Having suffered with Spondulosis all my life. And, having lost my partner of 47 years only 16 months ago. The muscles in my neck and shoulders have knotted up quite severely. I have also been having visual disturbances. After every test under the sun, I did what I should have done in the first place and came for professional hands on help. If that first treatment is anything to go by. I am over the moon with the improvement in such a short space of time. I will be returning on a regular basis in the future. Thanyou.
