Yes overall it was great experience

I spent many months working with Amy Carlozzi on purchasing my co-op apartment in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and PATIENT with me, a client with no previous NY real estate experience. I would gladly work with her again on my next purchase and highly recommend her to those looking in Manhattan. Elika, all of your agents should be like Amy!

**2023 update** Amy Rivers is absolutely the best agent one can possibly hope for. She is a true professional and a very trustworthy person. She provided good and genuine advice. This is our second time working with Amy. Even before we started the search we knew that we wanted to work with Amy from such a fantastic first experience. The second time around we were looking in the suburbs and it's a whole other level of competition compared to NYC. Amy helped manage very tricky situations and difficult counterparts. She pushed hard where she needed to and got us a second chance at our house when the bidding process was not clear. She went above and beyond what one would expect a broker would do for their client. Even our other service providers commented on how responsible and reliable Amy is. I can't say enough good things about Amy! She was professional, friendly and made the process of finding and purchasing my NY dream apartment as easy and stress-free as possible. She first shared several listings that fit my parameters (and didn't miss a beat the couple times I changed those parameters) and then scheduled back-to-back showings for the weekend I was able to come into the city. Amy's approach was a bit more low-key that most realtors I've encountered, which suited me nicely - sharp and savvy, but no pressure. She was attentive to my needs, pointed out plusses and minuses I may have missed during viewings, and had a great working- knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods. I wholeheartedly recommend using Amy as a realtor and I will definitely reach out to her if I find myself buying or selling in the future.

Amy is the best! She makes buying in Manhattan as stress-free as possible. As a first-time homeowner, I started the process clueless. But Amy explained the differences between buying a co-op and a condo and even recommended lawyers and lenders. As a lawyer, I am embarrassed that Amy negotiates better than me. When I made an offer on a unit in a new development, she got the developer to pay taxes and fees that they usually do not "budge on". She was there every step of the way and even came to my unit inspection before the closing. Amy is my real estate wonder woman. :)

Denise was very helpful and patient during my home search. She provided lots of insights that I wouldn't have known being a buyer on my own. I really enjoyed working with her. Would 100% recommend!

I was looking up Real Estate lawyers on Google and for some reason Domicile properties came up, so I called them with my query. Patty said that though they do not provide RE legal services, if I told her what the issue is, she could direct me to the appropriate person. Right off, I was impressed that she had taken the time to offer help, when she could just have left it at a "No, sorry we don't provide this service." She made some really helpful suggestions and was very pleasant about a couple other queries too. Next time around, I'm certainly going to use them as our RE agent!

I worked with Gea on finding a new home in Lower Manhattan recently. Gea is a pleasure to work with and very friendly and attentive. I definitely appreciate the fact that his time is fully dedicated to buyer clients as well. I'm a first time homebuyer with a very specific idea of what I wanted in a home, and Gea did a wonderful job of guiding me through the process and finding listings that were good candidates and well-matched to my criteria. We ended up getting an offer accepted well below asking on a beautifully renovated co-op apartment that was perfect for me, at which point the board approval process began - which is rather strict at the new building. Gea worked with me to put together an airtight board package that resulted in an approval. I've now been in my new home for two months and I couldn't be happier here. I would definitely recommend Gea to anyone looking for a broker to guide them through the buying process.
