Our team invested significant time and effort into tailoring your wife, Karlye Finn, dress to meet your needs. Despite missing and late appointments, we prioritized your dress and even expedited services without our usual rush fees to ensure it was ready on time. We also accommodated multiple changes at no additional charge, including a complete redo of alterations due to accommodate fit changes due to weight issues. While we did our best to keep appointments timely, we prioritized finishing your alterations as quickly as possible without charging expedited fees. At your final fitting, you reviewed and approved all aspects of the dress, including the decorative buttons, which were non-functional due to necessary design changes that were approved by you. We offered to reattach them if desired, but your request at that point was only for a refund, which we couldn't accommodate given the extensive custom work completed per your preferences. We also want to clarify that Karlye Finn's requested a refund under the threat of leaving negative reviews to which we have screen shots. While we always aim to satisfy every client, we believe that our work and accommodations were fair, and we remain committed to providing quality service. We always strive for a positive experience and believe in open communication to resolve concerns. Thank you again for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
