What an awesome experience! Hamish was a great teacher and guide to help me get up and e-foiling in no time! After a quick overview of the board, remote, and fundamentals we were in the water progressing from knees to standing to foiling. Hamish met with me twice, the first time there was lightning so we decided to leave and then reconvened. He provided a headset so I could hear his instruction regardless of how far apart we were. Every time I got scared and started to squat back down he would encourage me to stay up. Flying with him feels safe and fun, can’t wait for my board to arrive! If you love the outdoors and being a little active, definitely give this a try!

Awesome experience - every single aspect was perfect! Hamish had me out on the water in no time, answering questions and giving me tips through headset, swapped wings for me super fast so I could experience multiple types, and clearly just loves what he does. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Hamish at Emerald Wake. I first saw e-foiling while on vacation in Hawaii, and determined to get in to the sport myself. SO many companies are jumping into the sport, but I really felt that Hamish demonstrated that Fliteboard is the best choice for me. Hamish offered me a personal lesson, spent hours showing me how to get up and going quickly, safely - and with a lot of fun. Emerald Wake represents Fliteboard well, and I feel tremendous peace of mind knowing that I have local support should I need it. If you are considering getting into the sport - you may find other brands that seem to offer lower cost products, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" has never been truer. Hamish is an incredibly great person to work with. He’s very knowledgeable about the boards, their setups, and what would work best for you as a rider whatever your level happens to be. He was super helpful in getting me the board I wanted quickly and delivered it himself to my house south of Atlanta. If you have any interest whatsoever in these boards I highly recommend talking to Hamish about them. He’s quick to answer the phone and if you miss him he’s quick to respond. I could not speak highly enough of him and Emerald Wake!

Hamish has been absolutely great! I took a Fliteboard lesson with him and was able to foil very quickly. I was able to ride a regular Fliteboard and a Pro board during the lesson, which was really nice to feel the difference between the two. I decided to purchase a Fliteboard Pro a couple days after my lesson. Hamish was super helpful during the process and even personally delivered the board (an 4.5 hour drive was involved) and helped assemble everything at the time of delivery. He has continued to provide outstanding support after the purchase and delivery as well. He seems to be genuinely excited about this hobby and wants to spread that excitement. I highly recommend Emerald Wake if you even have an inkling that you might be interested in E-foiling. You won’t regret it!

Connected with Hamish at Emerald Wake. Gave me great advice and steered me to a board that I thought was out of my skill level. His advice was spot on and saved me buying a board I would out grow in 3 months. Service provided by the folks at EW is outstanding. Forgot a wing and they moved heaven and earth to get me a replacement the next day. So refreshing to work with people that answer the phone and jump to help customers. If you are stepping up to buy a Fliteboard efoil make sure you use Emerald Wake. They will be there after the sale to help you.

I had an excellent experience with Hamish of Emerald Wake during my research about and subsequent purchase of a Fliteboard efoil. Hamish was very responsive to my endless questions with very thorough and quick responses. Hamish personally delivered my efoil the same day I paid for it and, despite his long drive, spent a great deal of time orienting me in great detail with my new toy. Bought a fliteboard and did a lesson. Great service with both. Lesson day was excellent and helpful with all gear provided including radio helmets. It is a very nice way to get started. I would highly recommend for purchases or a lesson if you just want to try out efoiling.

I bought my Fliteboard from Emerald Wake, excellent service, my MANY questions were answered. Certainly when I go to upgrade this is where I will go. I efoil in Tennessee but the distance was no problem. Shipped or pick up yourself. No worries, honest folks !! Mine was delivered air mail, appropriate for an “Air Pro” board :-)
