Mine was an idea from a website and my husbands was an exact copy from an existing ring - both were replicated exactly as we wanted. Not often can you say a service is excellent. But with Eminence Jewels it’s hard to find another adjective. Not only did they source in excess of 20 sapphires (the stone I knew my partner wanted on her engagement ring) for me to pick from. They also provide effective guidance when making design decisions in relation ring. I had a tighter turnaround of what is usually deemed feasible as there was a specific date I wanted to drop the question, so the guys made it happen. On collection the ring looked better than I had hoped both my partner and I were delighted. What’s even more impressive is how the hands on, bespoke nature I experience prior to purchase has extended into aftercare. Any questions or queries I have had have been dealt with professionally, quickly and effectively.

If anyone is thinking about purchasing from Eminence, they should do it without hesitation! The service and quality is second to none. Kishan created a beautiful necklace which was better than I expected and also was able to give his recommendations on it. He was able to personalise the necklace by engraving letters which looked great. I would highly recommend Eminence to anyone looking for jewellery or even those looking for engagement rings.
