Emma has consulted for me now on two businesses, Bezirk and High Society. At Bezirk, she improved an existing set up, increasing our kitchen sales by 20%. At High Society, we purchased a run down business, Emma came in, cleaned up the kitchen, set it up with all the required equipment and created the menu. We doubled our sales within 4 months.
