Booked in for the Christmas lunch, arrived at 12:30 as that is the start time. Been waiting in a queue for an hour. With an elderly person in a wheelchair, when I went to complain about this to the only two ladies assisting at the front door. They were so incredibly rude and did not want to assist at all. Being treated so poorly on Christmas Day when I have given business to the convention center is beyond disappointing. Then when we eventually reach the door we are told it’s fully booked and we need to walk with all the old people ok the rain to another venue. So the thing we paid for we didn’t get. No communication or anything.
