If you are going to use this company. Make sure you buy the insurance. The guys did a good job at the beginning but when they unpacked they was very sloppy. A very nice writing desk was broke and a 65 in tv was broke. I should of bought insurance but I didn't, so I'm screwed.

The moving crew was late by a few hours when they came to move my possessions. Then, they were surly the entire time. This year, I'm moving to another state, so I needed to pick up my items - Pedro made me wait at a De Forest gas station which made me feel like someone would ambush me. I had to drive two hours to get there, and I waited two hours and thirty minutes to no avail. We had agreed on 8-9 AM, and I waited until 10 AM. Around 10:30, he contacted my home number and claimed he was on his way. Then we worked out a deal where he would deliver my items to my home, only for him to cancel the day with an excuse that seems as flimsy as his customer service. I have not heard from him in a week, so I plan on filing a lawsuit to get my items returned.

I paid a $250 deposit to secure my date, and it seems that the person in charge must have forgotten. After delaying a few hours at a time, then promising they could come the next day, he couldn't find anyone to do the job... leaving me without any help on my moving day. Even after all of that, he never refunded my $250 deposit after promising he would. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. So much stress and wasted time on my end, I don't recommend.

ERO Moving LLC has no insurance, no license, so don’t be fooled by their low rates. IF the owner cared about his customers, he would make sure to stay complainant with his general liability insurance, and workers comp coverage just like the rest of us do. Another phony bologna. If the owner decides to take care of this by operating legally, I’ll take this negative review down. The facts are the facts and SHAME on you for deceiving the general public with your lying ways. EDIT: if you get insurance and workers comp (which i will report you too then I'll leave "EROPQRS Moving" alone. Do the right thing. STOP LYING TO YOU YOURSELF AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. You don't operate legally. SHAME.

ERO is the worse... I didn't even want to give them 1 star... They charged me upfront $990.00 to do job and totally failed on it in so many ways... They agreed to refund me but said they didn't know how to process a credit... It took me 4 months to get the credit back from my bank... Bad service and totally unprofessional... If you see good write ups, I thought would be that they wrote them themselves.... Just horrible!!! Also, they show a Milwaukee address, but when I said I would come there and get my refund, they said they were located in Madison but would not tell me where.... Stay away!!!

Super disappointed with the services provided. The communication between the person we booked with and the movers was terrible and delayed the process by an entire day. Many of our items were damaged in the move as well.

The three movers that came were kind, professional and STRONG. That is to say, they moved everything ably and with a great attitude. My wife was so thankful for their professionalism. They showed up 3 minutes earlier than the arrival window. I’ve had movers help before and these were the best. Highly recommend.

ERO Moving overpromised and underdelivered. They told us they would assemble our furniture and they did not, they switched the moving day on us last minute, broke multiple items and did not take responsibility for it, and refused to answer calls or texts including on moving day. There was no communication between the boss, Pedro, and the movers so even though Pedro had promised us multiple things, this was never communicated to the employees. Highly recommend finding a better moving company!
