Simply Amazing !! I can’t begin to describe how wonderful the staff are at Eternal Paws. Sadly this week we lost our beloved Chase. Anita and the team were truly amazing with the whole process, utterly professional from start to finish whilst remaining human and showing just how much they care. At a time that we were at our lowest, Anita, Mel and the team showed us nothing but respect and support. Some of the nicest people anybody will ever meet. Whilst this experience was traumatic, there is nowhere else I would have taken Chase to see out his final hours. With expansive grounds and special rooms to care for our Chase in his final moments, I can’t thank the team enough for the compassion and respect that they showed us throughout. Thank you so much for everything that you done for us, you made an awful situation not only manageable but extremely pleasant. A perfect send off for our beautiful Chase xx

Anita and her team are all pure angels. The love, care and respect they show is unbelievable and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone also going through this hard time. We couldn't have got through it without Anita and her team. They will be forever in our thoughts and all the other families and fur babies requiring their devoted care. God bless xx

Having a beloved pet euthanised is one of the hardest choices you will ever have to make. Anita turned up on time and brought with her an aura of peace and tranquility. I didn't think that somebody could be personal amd professional at the same time, at a time of overwhelming sadness she helped provide calm. Kenneth was 11.5 years old and had given up after a hard fight with cancer, we chose at home euthanasia as we don't think it's right to say our final goodbyes in a vet surgery a place that no animal really likes to be, I believe this should be done with loved ones in a space the pet is comfortable in. Kenneth passed peacefully and although very sad it was very comforting a lot of this was due to the service provided by Anita. The procedure was done on a Friday and we picked up his ashes on Monday. The location of eternal paws is beautiful the whole set up is very peaceful and spiritual I'm not really a believer of that kind of stuff but my partner went from sadness to being at ease and calm the moment we walked into the room were Kenneth was kept. We were met by a lovely lady I'm very sorry I forgot her name, she hugged my partner and discussed Kenneth with a genuine interest in his life. The lady was another great part of the 5 star service we were provided with from start to finish and very befitting of the way we treated our beloved Kenneth his entire life. Thanks to all the team at eternal paws and I will dread the experience far less in the future knowing that I can say goodbye with eternal paws providing their excellent service. I would even take my dog to their place for the procedure which I never thought I would do its perfect. Thanks again. Adam,Karyn and Kenneth.

Beautiful end to our baby girls life Anita came out yesterday to our beautiful little Shih Tzu Molly she was 14 & so poorly. Wow what a lady & experience our baby didn’t suffer & went over rainbow bridge with us all around her to say goodbye. There was no need to move her out the house & take her to the vets so glad we heard of Eternal Paws for our beautiful Molly

It is difficult to put into words, how exactly to describe Anita and her Team, at Eternal Paws. The grief of losing a pet is unique to each individual/family. But to them, it is not 'just a job', they genuinely care! They have supported me and my husband through an incredibly painful experience, when it was time to let our beautiful dog, Sapphie, go. Her passing at home was peaceful, dignified and stress free for her. As the sedative took effect, she visibly relaxed allowing her to look at us and give us a sloppy kiss. We then had time to sit, cuddle and talk to her. She was taken back to Eternal Paws to 'rest', surrounded by crystals and candles and allow time for her spirit to transition home to us. Her cremation was individual and she was home with us the following day. The Team also did her paw and nose prints and a took a little bit of her fur for us. I don't truly know if the Team realise how special they all are? We are so grateful for their care and compassion.

Forever in gratitude I hope someone finds this who needs it as much as we did with our beloved girl, Chilli. We were in a desperate state with Chilli not being able to go to the vets and them not wanting to come out to see her. Finding Eternal Paws was everything we had wished for. Her last few days would have been incomparable had we not found Anita a few months earlier. She was peacefully let go at home at the loving hands of someone she knew and trusted, surrounded by us. As heartbreaking as it is, we will be forever greatful. Not only that but she was given over two months of great health and joy before she fell ill for the final time and we were able to make some amazing memories. Something we can not foresee with vet visits etc. Anita will always want what's best for your animal and do everything with honesty, love and integrity. An angel for all senior animals and their loved ones. X

Beautiful - I couldn’t recommended enough. The most beautiful send off for our boy, Laddie. I couldn’t recommend enough, from the most beautiful grounds, to the 3 most amazing ladies. A peaceful and private place in gorgeous countryside. We wouldn’t have had it any other way, I will forever recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much 🤍🐾

Our gorgeous boy - Ralph Just the best service ever, exactly what we wanted … I spoke to Mel on Thursday morning, 13 June 2024 when we knew it was time to say goodbye to our gorgeous boy Ralph, our little miniature schnauzer. It’s breaking my heart to even write this but I just had to say how wonderful Mel was with me on the phone, when I was distraught and could hardly get my words out. We arranged for Anita to come to our home, he was so poorly and as much as our hearts were breaking, we just couldn’t see him like that any longer. Anita arrived at our home a few hours later that same day and she was absolutely amazing, so caring, compassionate and respectful. She explained everything to us and was so gentle and loving with our boy. We collected Ralph from Mel at Eternal Paws the following day and she was so kind and caring. He was waiting for us in the most beautiful of settings with his toys, crystals and candles around him. it was so peaceful and spiritual and knowing that he had been looked after so well and cared for in the most respectful way was all we could have wished for. Anita took time to come and talk to us when she saw our car, your comforting words and hug meant so much Anita, thank you. We highly recommend Eternal Paws and we can’t thank Anita and Mel enough for everything they did and it is from the bottom of our hearts that we say thank you for the respectful way you cared for our gorgeous boy Ralph, who we miss so so much. Love Ginette & Tony x

I'm struggling for words to describe how beautiful and helpful the service they provide here is. Our beautiful and beloved dog died tragically, to see her one last time surrounded by her toys, blankets and healing crystals, giving us time to say goodbye in much more peaceful circumstances, was invaluable to beginning our healing journey. Additionally the communication to let us know, they were going for her, when she was there and when she was ready for us, showed how much they cared for her as a loved pet. And the individual cremation was completed the same day and she was back home with us much quicker than the commercial cremations. They genuinely care for the pets and owners, understanding the special relationships we have with them and providing a beautiful, respectful way to say goodbye to the treasured members of your family. I can't thank them enough ❤️

I spoke with Anita in January 2022 when we knew our 21 year old cat Mandy needed to go. I can't imagine there being a better person than Anita to help us at that time. Reassuring and kind. Anita offered to keep Mandys ashes in her memorial garden as I was unsure what to do and I'm happy we did that. Would recommend Eternal Paws to anyone in the same situation. Just looking at paw and nose prints we received. Thank you again. Xx

Making the decision to let my beloved cat Stella go was just horrid. She has been with me for over 20 years but I knew it was time. I text these lovely ladies on a Sunday, not expecting a reply but they did. They were warm, considerate and thoughtful. Without going into too much detail they came to the house the next morning and she passed in my arms. My cat was a superstar and deserved a send off in style and that’s what she got. I can’t thank you enough and I feel at peace that she was in the right hands and went in the right way. Alex Powell x

The best service we could have possibly asked for The Eternal Paws team provided the upmost amount of care and support in the most difficult time. They are understanding and professional which made everything so much easier to deal with. We really appreciate their respect and care. The sincerity was overwhelming. Anita came to our home and helped our boy Dexter pass peacefully. We came to collect Dexter the next day. Jane was so empathetic, understanding and reassuring. This team of people have experienced the grief that comes when you say goodbye to your loved one, so the respect and care is genuine, and we are so grateful that we found them. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and respectful passing for their furry companions.

I would highly recommend Eternal Paws and Anita. From the start to finish they have professionally handled matters efficiently, with care and respect. It has been a difficult time but Eternal paws wasn’t another stress to add, on the contrary there was a relief that matters were being handled by them. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. From Diane Cheung and Yogi Bear who is looking over the rainbow bridge.
