I just closed on my first home and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team at Ethos! As a first time homebuyer, this process was a bit overwhelming, especially since I was buying on my own, but throughout every step of the way Mario was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer any questions and always kept me in the loop. I never once felt like I was left on my own or felt unsure about anything. I especially appreciated Mario crunching the numbers and making videos to present them in user friendly terms. Karina was also amazing in helping with my loan getting processed! Although we had a bump in the road with my first contract due to HOA issues, Mario worked hard trying to find funding and kept me updated the whole time. Thankfully, soon after I was able to find my house with no problems! Overall, I had an exceptional experience working with Ethos and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Buying my first home was an intimidating process, but they helped make sure everything went smoothly so that I could have the best Christmas present ever!!

I initially reached out over a year ago into the process, Anthony was incredibly patient and supportive, talking me through my different options in the loan process as I started my search. I never felt any sort of pressure as I navigated the market. Fast forward to now, I've finally closed escrow in 21 days! Mario and Karina took care me throughout the fast paced process. As a first time home buyer, everything was so new and all the terms and paperwork got very overwhelming. With the prep work done ahead of time, the loan process was way smoother than I could have ever imagined. I came into the process with the perceived notion the loan process would be extremely stressful and a difficult, stressful and time consuming process. Working with Mike, it was one of the easiest processes. He was on top of the tasks, extremely communicative and responsive. Mike is someone you can call at any time of the day or night (although don't call him in the middle of the night... he is human after all) and he will be available to answer any of your questions or concerns. It was such a great process. I told Mike...."I wish I had more money so I can buy more homes with you". Just such a great person to work with.

We almost went with another lender from a big bank.... but when you talk to Mike, he just knows his stuff at another level. The big banks and their loan brokers know their stuff as well, but Mike just takes it at another level. For my sports fans, everyone in the NFL/NBA are the best of the best in the world. But Mike is the Steph Curry, the Patrick Mahomes, the Lebron James, the Kobe Bryant, the Tom Brady. He makes the other guys look like amateurs. He was also a CFO in his past life so he understands the finance world and your finances way better than any career loan broker would.

Mike is just an awesome person. I'm so thankful I met a great person and a great friend. I feel like these types of people are hard to come by. Home or no home, doesn’t hurt to have some good friends in your corner.
