Yesterday 21December24 my wife and I were driving the PA Turnpike to trade in her car. 10 miles before we were to get to the dealership we were heading to we had a flat tire and couldn't find the spare on my wife's Mini Cooper. Due to my insurance company roadside assistance not realizing that tow companies needed to be certified to tow on the PA Turnpike we set in place for 2.5 hours. I finally called *11 and the Pa turnpike sent me Joe C from ECB Towing and Recovery. Joe was phenomenal!! He actually new that Mini hid the donut spare under the car ( even though the owners manual said nothing) Joe assisted me in getting it down and helped us on our way . Joe is an exemplary person and I hope if you do end up broken down on the side of the PA turnpike that you are fortunate enough to be sent Joe C

Our car blew a radiator hose on the PA Turnpike. Mike M came to our rescue right away. At the next exit, no help was available until after the weekend. Mike persisted and took us to the next exit where we we got the repairs. Back on the road the same day. Keep dos to My ke M and the EVB team.

My car broke down on the Turnpike. Apparently another tower was going to pick me up but declined. Joe volunteered to pick me up. As we both were trying to get home for
thanksgiving, he drove me all the way back in the opposite direction to drop my car off. Super nice guy. Hope he gets back in time to enjoy Thanksgiving!

I had the most uncertain morning with my car suddenly breaking down, losing all power on the PA turnpike as it was freezing and snowing. I requested towing service and within minutes, Joe C. arrived and his priority was getting me to safety and warmth. This was my first ever experience being in this situation and Joe made it a pleasant and easy one. He went beyond his job duties through the entire ride home.
