Second visit in less that a week!!
☺ We loved Cooden cottage so much that my husband and I returned two days after we left. We brought my mother along this time.
As a family we had another wonderful stay.
Thankyou so much for the tasty treats again.

Practically Perfect in every way
☺ Everything was perfect thank you - a very comfortable stay. Lots of room for everyone to be comfortable.
Garden was lovely and spacious for our little dog who happily explored.
The accommodation was clean and bright.
Thank you very much for the milk and welcome pack that was extremely kind after a four hour car drive :)
☹ Nothing to dislike - small / tiny gripe was the shower was difficult not to get water on the floor in the bathroom, however this is an extremely minor point!

What a lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is about a mile from Bexhill-on-Sea, so under 30 mins each each way to walk. Very close to Hastings and other local villages to drive to.The home was well kitted out, lots of space for us to spread out and for our dog to roam outside in the garden. Close to the sea and to walk into town.Ella was very responsive to any messages which we really appreciated.

Wonderful stay at Cooden Cottage. We are a family of six and the cottage was spacious and homely.The best thing was that the cottage was so close to the beach for the kids, and Bexhill was only a 25 mins walk away along the prom.Such an enjoyable nine days.Thank you, Ella and family.

For those more able BexHill on Sea is walking distance
☹ Minor but TV would be more user friendly for elderly if it had a standard aerial vs only streaming.

This was such a lovely cottage. It looks like something out of a movie!! The inside was so clean and though it felt homely, it didn’t feel like you were at a sleepover. Meaning, the place made me feel like everything had been cleaned and that I wasn’t intruding into someone’s private home. The backyard was beautiful and to be able to have access to a washing machine was a plus! The bathroom is gorgeous and finally, the TV. I’ve been traveling in the UK for a month and no one else had given me access to apps I can watch movies on but this place did!! Though I know local tv is great, it’s truly nothing better than relaxing on a sofa and watching twilight or planet of the apes by the sea.And, I truly have to mention, Ella was so kind and responsive and instructive. This was an incredible stay. I loved this place. I’d love to come back again and again. Thank you!!

☺ The property was charming and our hosts did everything possible to make us comfortable.
The location makes it ideal for coastal walks or a visit to the beach.
The garden is lovely and the addition of a barbecue meant we could fully enjoy the great weather we had.
☹ There was not really anything we didn't like and nothing that would stop us returning.
We were a multi generational group and everyone was catered for.

We had a wonderful stay at Cooden Cottage & would love to return again next year. The cottage is beautiful with a real homely feel & was perfect for our 2 young children and our little dog loved it too - she didn’t want to leave!Fantastic location with a short walk to the beach & close by to restaurants.Ella was always fast to reply with assistance to any queries and went above and beyond to help.Thanks again x

☺ I can't recommend Cooden Cottage highly enough. The property is truly beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Contact with the owners was very good. There is parking on the property as well.

Great location, Lovely relaxing property, all home comforts you could need. Two minutes from beach,
☺ We had a lovely stay in Cooden Cottage, while visiting relatives who live close by.
It was relaxing, comfortable and cool inside, which was really welcome as the weather was very hot during our stay.
We enjoyed lovely walks along Bexhill promenade and relaxing drinks at the very local seafront Hotel in Cooden,.
The welcome pack was a nice touch, the free toiletries were lovely, and the stand alone bath was very much enjoyed!!
Cooden Cottage is situated in such a pretty area and we will most definitely stay again next time we come to visit our family.

☺ Cottage was charming containing everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet area and although the trains ran past the rear garden, could only really hear it when outside. Perfect for beach and exploring.

☹ Would be useful to have waste bins in bedrooms so you don’t need to collect rubbish to take downstairs to kitchen. But that’s all.
