Deplorable. On every single level. Trash chute constantly clogged, dirty elevators, stolen parcels from our "neighbours", constantly shutting the water off, and when its on, the water is brown!!! And many more reasons this isnt an ideal home for anyone unless you're renting a BNB which there is a lot of despite the owners pretending to crack down on it.

Upon moving in, the unit was infested with cockroaches, requiring 3 invasive treatments in a 7 month period. There were frequent water shutdowns without warning and a flood in the building. Packages were stolen and mailboxes were broken into. The management almost always ignored emails and requests. They never returned our deposit after moving out. Leonard Cohen deserves much better than this!

Very nice and clean building. Great location. All the staff are very nice. Not to mention our handyman Philip who knows to fix everything!

If I could rate it a ZERO, I would! SOOO overpriced! Management is terrible, greedy, and literally has no empathy whatsoever. Not to mention, the fact that they keep on switching managers every few months. They will do anything to get there hands on a few dollars. They constantly try to accuse you of not paying and will love you if you have pre-authorized payments because they think it's free money(they took 2 months of rent at once for no reason or warning). The building always has random water shutdowns and construction noise is constant. Also, you can hear everything from your apartment. It's like you're living with your neighbors. 2 years of making me miserable! No, I did not want to renew my lease after a year, but they automatically did. Even with a sublease, they annoyed the living sht out of me. For your own sanity, DO NOT RENT HERE!

CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION, every single day its very noisey, drilling, hammering, moving things late at night. NIGHTMARE. I can here the neighbours fighting, watching tv and even when their cellphone vibrates. Ugh! Can't wait to move out.
The only "positive" its location. Concierge is nice, but that doesnt make it up for all the noise and discomfort.

I am having a wonderful time staying at 1420 Crescent, the units are spacious and are well equipped, the view it brings of the Mount Royale is surreal. Thank you Yael Szirmay for helping us out in the leasing process. The concerige service is excellent with polite staff and they address all my queries and issues in a timely fashion.

Je n'ai même pas eu l'occasion de louer chez eux tellement leur service est très peu qualitatif.
J'avais un rdv pour une visite, ai reçu 2 notifications par email pour me rappeler mon rdv. J'ai essayé d'appeler directement leur service pour confirmer mon rdv de vive-voix, impossible de joindre une vraie personne. Et quand je me suis présentée : personne n'était la !!!
En consultant mes courriels je vois qu'un de leur agent (Yael) m'annonce dans le ton le moins professionnel qui soit que mon rdv est annulé...le courriel ayant été envoyé 30 min avant ledit rdv...
Un total manque de savoir vivre qui ne me met vraiment pas en confiance pour louer avec cette compagnie. Et en voyant les autres avis négatifs je me dis que j'ai eu raison.

Poor quality, unprofessional staff. Avoid this company if you don't want to have problems. I had problems with them even after moving out, it took months before to get my security deposit back.
If you want an advice, do not rent anything with this group.
