I got my computer fixed in March 2024, the screen was broke, and expert pc & RadioShack fixed it. Then in October 2024 my computer screen just stopped working and I took it to them again and they said they would have to replace the screen again. Both prices would have come out to the price of a new computer. If I were you, I would find somewhere else to get it fixed because if they do fix it, there’s a chance that it might stop working later.

Thank you for your feedback. We received your MacBook in December, and unfortunately, the replacement screen came with a 30-day warranty from the distributor, which limits the coverage we can extend for the part. As we discussed over the phone, we contacted the distributor on your behalf and secured a partial credit toward a replacement part. However, due to signs of physical damage to the exterior of the system, which caused the screen to separate from the top cover, the distributor was unable to provide any additional compensation.
We understand your frustration, and in an effort to help with the unexpected cost, we offered a discount of over $80 on the repair price, which was declined.

Verified
Radio shack is older then many whippersnappers and I'm sure many of them would like what they see available if they check it out. It's a small store packed with electronic accessories that you won't find anywhere else. Get your phone battery changed, get new cords etc. They're worth a visit.

I have to give a shout out to the guys at Expert PC for their great customer service and honesty. I brought them my laptop PC that I accidentally dropped and broke the screen and a corner of the case. Not knowing if it was fixable, they took it in and quickly assessed the damage. The quote they provided for both parts and labor was reasonable, but didn't warrant a repair--as the PC was old and I was due for a new one. Instead of trying to convince me to fix it, they advised me that I can still hook up a monitor to the PC to access the data files. Some computer repair shops wouldn't have done that, but the guy at Expert PC did! And, with that I am impressed and grateful. Although EPC didn't do any repairs for me, their integrity and honesty empowered me to take the time and write up this review! I truly recommend this repair shop to anyone!
