Chris was quick to come to our help when our shower started leaking into the downstairs living room. He could quickly see the problem and rectified it the next day after getting new supplies. Would highly recommend!

Really pleased with the work. We had 3 radiators replaced, one of which was leaking. The quote was really reasonable & cheaper than everyone else who’d quoted us. Came along & got on with the work no problem & left everything clean and tidy.

Replaced 3 horrible old radiators for us with newer ones. Did a great job, didn’t leave any mess and kept me updated throughout. Would highly recommend!

Leaking Pipe (WA3)
Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling which was getting progressively worse. Called and left a message on Saturday evening and got a response almost instantly. Arranged to come 9.30 next morning (Sunday). Arrived slightly early, did an excellent job . Cannot fault.

Central heating boiler service (WA5)
Chris arrived before his time slot which was wonderful and was courteous. He explained everything to me as to what he was doing. So tidy after the job completed. Would recommend Chris anytime. It was my son who recommended Chris to me as my son had used him quite a few times and he always responded quickly. Thank you Chris.

Chris has done a few jobs for me now . Always on time and give honest advice . After we’d been encouraged to get a brand new boiler off a BG technician and been told “ you can’t get parts for this model anymore “ Chris informed us there was nothing wrong with the one we had and that parts were still available. I’d highly recommend him to others

Rang this company amongst a number of others when my central heating failed. My call went through to voicemail but within 10 mins Chris replied to my call and arranged a time later that day, he was initially delayed but rang well in advance of the arranged time with an explanation and apology. He then arrived promptly at the second arranged time with his colleague Josh and got my heating running, further work / parts were required and he returned the following day to complete the job with a call beforehand to advise me of the total cost of the job prior to arriving so no surprises for my wallet. The work was completed quickly , professionally and cleanly and whilst completing the job he found some dodgy wiring which he pointed out to me and corrected at no extra cost . A first class job and throughly pleasant guys to deal with I would recommend this company without reservation and will certainly using them for service maintenance

Boiler service and central heating check (CH1)
Chris detected a gas leak when he did the initial tests. He found the leak and rectified it. Boiler was serviced and radiators were checked and bled where necessary.

Fixing the heating when first turned on (WA4)
Was late coming but kept us informed as the job he was on took longer. A phone call 5mins before arriving, great. Assessed the situation and cured it, set our minds at ease and checked the system again and again to make sure it was working correctly. Very pleasant manor and was very polite.
