Front desk does not answer any questions. Terrible experience. Think twice before visit.

Highly recommend this practice! Both our boys have been going since birth and we have had such a wonderful experience over the past 7 years with every member of their staff. They are efficient with getting you in and out, offer the car to room option which is so helpful when sick, and make you feel heard and cared for. For such a big practice, they know who we are and always make our boys feel at ease when nervous.

We have had a fantastic experience with Farrell Pediatrics. They are always quick to get us in when there is something more urgent going on. I feel like the doctors really take their time to make sure that their patients are comfortable, and to answer parent questions. My child is very fearful of shots and they really take their time to help her work through it. I also really appreciate that you are usually able to go straight to a room upon check in. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been professional and polite. Highly recommend them!

Switched from a General practitioner office and I am so glad! I'd have to wait months to get my girls seen before but I was able to get them both scheduled for kindergarten physicals within a week of calling the office! Staff, nurses, and doctors are all super kind and I don't feel as apprehensive about taking my kids to the doctor!

Wow, does the front desk staff need some training on how to interact with patients! Throughly unpleasant experience. The doctors are fine but given the hassle of working with the front desk I could not recommend this practice.

The team at Farrell is fantastic! They are always so friendly and accommodating. They're probably the most efficient doctor's office I've been to — we're in and out so quickly! My kiddos are now 5 and 7 — and we've been going there for a few years when we moved to Herndon. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Mar. I felt she did a great job of listening to our concerns and really cares for her patients. She is patient-focused, compassionate and goes above and beyond to help her clients. Our family has been with Farrell Pediatrics for over a decade and I highly recommend them. The front staff is very friendly, responsive and amazing too. They have always been there to help our children, even in the wee hours of the morning.

We’ve been using this practice for our pediatrician needs since 2020 and have been very happy with the high level of care. We have had great experiences with Dr. Dexter-Rice as well as Dr. Brantley. The front desk staff and nursing professionals are great to deal with too.

Top notch pediatric clinic, highly recommend. The nurse Glenn was very informative, answered all my questions and was helpful every step of the way. And to top things off he made my kid feel very comfortable for her vaccines.

Love Farrell - I take both my kids. The doctors are kind, knowledgeable, thorough, but concise. The nurses and front staff are great too. Best part is that they see you on time for your appointments! No waiting around forever just to be seen.

Drs are great but the administrative staff is a pain to deal with. Good luck trying to get a referral letter.

Great team of health workers. I’m very picky with doctors but this practice is excellent and they respect your family choices. They work HARD to prioritize your kids health and your concerns.

I have taken both of my kids to this practice since they were born. We have been so lucky to have Dr. Kapoor in our lives. She has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is so supporting, and have helped my kids grow and stay healthy. During COVID they adapted to keep everyone socially distanced and safe. They did a great job with COVID testing. It was important to me to find a pediatrics practice that could help my children grow physically, mentally and emotionally and I found all of that with Farrell Peds!

The front office staff is great. I personally had no issues with billing. Dr Karp was AMAZING and it is a shame that he was pushed out the way he was. I am not impressed with the other doctors there, especially Dr Kapoor. We had a horrible experience with her and would never take any of my children back to see her. In fact, I have changed offices since Dr Karp left. If your child has no medical issues then this place is fine-I just don’t recommend Kapoor.

Dr. Shipley, the nurses, and the front desk staff are awesome. My daughter has become a screaming toddler. Everyone has been incredibly polite every time she screams; they all just provide a level of empathy that is comforting. I highly recommend giving Farrell Pediatrics a shot :)
