Jeff was outstanding. He walked us through the entire house buying process with ease. Delanee is truly the best of the best! I'm a perfectionist and she blew me away with her attention to detail, her passion, and her commitment to going above and beyond. She grew up in this area and knows it inside and out. And as someone who also renovates/flips homes, she has an eye for appraising the quality of the builds (e.g. which type of roofing is best, what type of concrete etc). Her wealth of knowledge and especially her network are priceless. She ultimately helped us purchase a new home and was indispensable in negotiating with the builder on our behalf, securing discounts for us, and renegotiating the closing date. The builder can be very pushy, and it takes a seasoned veteran like Delanee to know what is truly urgent and what is actually negotiable. Our builder gave us a 48hr window for a home inspector, and we didn't find out until the day before the 48hr window was to start. Delanee arranged a home inspector right away and was able to help us meet the ridiculous deadline. She connected us with a superb mortgage broker who gave us such a good rate that every other bank we spoke with were shocked and told us they can't beat those rates. I have called Delanee at 6am in a panic on our closing date due to some issues and she was able to reassure me and help me find a solution. Even now, after our closing date, we are still relying on her network for finding contractors for various home upgrades we're doing. We were so lucky to have met her at an open house. Right away, she was friendly, open, and gave us great advice and tips on home buying. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way. She was always available and responded quickly. She truly listened, and never pressured us. She wanted to make sure we were truly happy with our home. She would bring up questions we had never considered before, such as the slope of the street and how it may not be convenient/safe for a little one riding a bike, or the direction the windows are facing and the overall natural lighting in the home, etc. She always had our best interest at heart through the whole process. As first time home buyers, we were nervous but she made the process enjoyable and (almost) stressful-free -- closing is never without stress even in the best of situations. I plan on using her again when my parents are ready to retire to this area to help them find a home. I recommend Delanee 1000% percent!
