Having Seletute as a Realtor was such a great experience. Homeownership was something that truly made me anxious but knowing that she would be with me every step of the way definitely put me at ease. She was always available for any questions I had- big or small. Her dedication and availability definitely stood out when we spent every weekend for two straight months looking at open houses in different cities; she truly wanted me to find a home that I was in love with. I was not only able to rely on her expertise as a Realtor but also as a trusted advisor and friend. After our first deal fell through, I was feeling discouraged but she made sure to reassure me that this was a process and we would find my home. When we did find it, she personalized my offer and although my offer wasn’t the highest on the table it was still chosen. She advocated for my interests and really listened to what I was looking for in a home. You can feel that she genuinely cares. With my first purchase ever, I had no idea what I was getting into as my first property was an investment. Seletute took her time to explain to me the buying process and the difference between an investment purchase and a first time home purchase. She was easily able to communicate with the buyers agent and their clients to negotiate the purchase price. She made the process, so smooth, and was always able and willing to go look at properties for me when I could not since I was about two hours away. I recently purchased my second property, which is my primary residence, and I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that, and not only she knew the area, but was always able to go the extra mile by negotiating. We put in about seven offers and every time, she reminded me that this was a process in my home would come up when it was time. My dream home ended up being mine even though I wasn’t the highest offer. But I truly believe that she made sure that the buyers in new me as a person and not just another offer on the table. And that made a huge difference because she made it a very personalized experience. There’s so many agents out there, but one that will not pressure you and take their time to understand your needs, as well as making sure we come strong when competitive offers are there are key!

Seletute was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to help my husband and I. She did not pressure us for homes we were not interested in. She listened to our wants and needs, we were able to be very vocal during the process. She was extremely patient during the 6 month process to find the home that was a perfect fit for our family. We checked in weekly and she did a great job negotiating for us for all of our offers we placed. She truly cared for us and wanted the best outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the bay area.
