Second, you do not make a booking on our official whatsapp number or via our website. You just contacted our evening shift cleaner and told him 10 o'clock and he said I thought it was 10pm. He is not the booking manager so we did not know your service was scheduled. Once you contact our official number(052-7910656) by whatsapp we respond to you on time and reschedule your booking.You ask for a discount as you booked service with our cleaner and no one appears even though we accept it and make an instant discount. Your car had sticky sand inside and outside it was a VIP or Gold Package job but we did it for you in a basic package with a discount. If there’s anything specific we can address or clarify, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at 052-7910656.
