Fells Estate Agents provided us with first class customer service when we purchased our new home in St Ives, nr Ringwood recently. Mike and I would both highly recommend them. The staff there are a terrific team of people, and nothing is too much trouble.

Our experience with Fells.

We had been trying, without success, to sell our house for several months and decided to try Fells on the strength of a review posted by an acquaintance in the village. We met Guy Innes, were impressed by his manner and the extent of his experience and felt confident that he would have our best interests at heart.

Guy consulted with us at all points about the wording of the listing and the accompanying photographs and about how best to present our house to potential buyers. He kept us informed about the amount of online interest and was open about the advisability of reducing the price as time passed.
In time we accepted an offer, only for it to be withdrawn at a late stage. Guy supported us through that time and eventually we had an offer which led to a successful sale.

Guy also offered his help in the negotiations on our own purchase, researching the history of the property and advising on how we should proceed.

In short, we have had a very positive experience with Fells and particularly with Guy. We would heartily recommend their service to others in the Fordingbridge and Alderholt area.

I found the Fells team excellent there communication was very good I mostly dealt with Quentin who I found to be good at returning calls he also sent me statistical analysis from right move regularly to show how many viewings the property had, Fells also use the street app which I found very useful. Qeuntin was very straight with his advice based on many years of experience which I appreciated.
