Where do I begin… Dan and Quentin at Fells have been amazing!! The housing market isn’t simple at the moment and nothing has been too much trouble for the team at Fells. We were on very borrowed time with a buyer in place that we didn’t want to lose. Our first planned purchase fell through and we moved to the second. After problems arising with the original agent selling that property, Dan and Quentin stepped in to help everyone, even though this property was not being sold through their company. This was totally above and beyond their remit but showed just how much they care about people and not just selling houses. In the end we settled for a third property being sold through Fells themselves and the whole process was completed within 6 weeks of the initial offer being accepted and I genuinely believe that we would not have made that timeline had it not been for Dan and Quentin’s relentless input and help throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Fells and Dan/Quentin and would definitely instruct them for any future house moves as the quality and expertise we received was second to none. Thank you both so much for helping us to get it all over the line.

What do you think of this for a review for Fells. We tried 4 different agents in Ringwood, over a period of 3 1/2 years. Who weren’t open and honest. Playing games! We then changed to Fells who were amazing, open and totally honest. Within a couple of months they had an offer on our property and managed it through to completion within 5 weeks. Do NOT waste your time with other agents. I wish we had gone to Fells first. I can’t recommend them highly enough 10 star ⭐ rating.

After using several estate agents over 3 years we decided to give Fells a try. What a brilliant service we received resulting in us selling the house. The other agents weren't particularly communicative, sent viewers round that had no intention of buying our house and generally wasted our time. But Fells sent the right type of person who were in a position to purchase our house and the whole way through were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice when needed. Don't waste your time with agents who ONLY want your money and won't invest time in you, just go to Fells and get the service you need at such a stressful time. So thank you Dan and Quentin. We highly recommend this Estate Agent.
