My dad is currently in a rental property that had a gate installed by the previous tenant, and it was falling apart and very heavy and did not function easily at all. I had a limited time to get a replacement gate done as I am leaving town for a bit and leaving my dogs with my dad. I called fence king on a tuesday to get an estimate that they were able to set up for thursday, friday they called and said they were able to get the job done monday! It was so quick & such a relief to have it finished before I left. The gate is so lightweight and easy to open, it could not be any better. My dad is an older man, so I know he is thrilled to be able to open and close this door with such ease. The guys did a fantastic job on the gate, and the communication with fence king and Pepper on the phone was top notch. So glad I had friends refer me to the fence king! Fantastic fence install for my backyard, they estimated 2 weeks that they would be able to work on my install after I agreed to a contract and that stayed true, and the install took about 1 1/2 days. Was comfortable communicating with the crew the entire time and they cleaned up afterwards, no problems at all.
