We were very happy with our renovation experience with Ferguson Builders, from the preliminary design stage to completion of the project. Their contractors were professional and very qualified. All our interaction and coordination with Ferguson Builders was through their representative, Bruce Furrow, who made the entire process quite seamless. From the decorative beam creation/installation and tiling our porch, to the installation of a mini split cooling/heating unit, we could not be more pleased. We would call upon them again should we ever need their expertise and highly recommend their work.

Ferguson Builders is highly recommended. We had our home remodeled with every room seeing some improvements. The major work involved a reconfigure of our kitchen from end to end, creating a luxury main bathroom, creating a restful lounge from a former home office, installing superb screened porch windows, a "grilling slab," and many other touches that made our new home, OURS. Their process of planning and execution of plans may seem odd to many, but EVERYTHING is planned and mapped out before they even pick up a hammer. When they begin the physical work, all fixtures and finishes are noted in advance so there is no miscommunication between builder and client. Because of that, they were able to stay on schedule in a precise manner that is unusual in the building trades. The client is afforded access to work logs, photos, and communication between us, the designer, project lead, and any other folks involved. Their work is very high quality. I have experience in the building industry so I recognize top shelf work. Our designer, Jocelyn, worked with us to help us realize our vision and understood our needs. She traveled with us to suppliers and had some outstanding suggestions to make our rooms unique and functional, all at once. She is a talented designer. Josh, our project manager, was amazing. He kept the subs on schedule, talked to us every step of the way, explained EVERYTHING to us as the project moved forward. He made sure he job was done on time, as promised. He listened to our concerns and jumped on it. Ferguson uses only the best subs. Quality work throughout. Chad, the electrician, is a magician, I am sure of it. Oh, at the end of the day, the job was left clean and safe for us to walk through. I will post photos after we get settled in to hopefully highlight the exceptional job they did. A big nod to Mark, the company owner, for running a quality and reputable company. Their entire staff was friendly and helpful. It may sound like I am gushing, because I am. Fabulous work on our renovation project! Professional work on all levels - great communication, attention to detail, and quality! We highly recommend Ferguson Builders!

We had several projects done. Replacement of of a tub into a walk in shower, ,new kitchen countertops, backsplash, and sink. Built a new vanity in another bathroom. Everyone involved did a great job. Contractors were on time, polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

We hired Ferguson Builders to build a custom home for us in 2021. We were not local at the time so we were managing this long distance (and during a pandemic!). They have an online system which made us feel comfortable with following the progress. Everyone there that we worked with was excellent. The design team helped us create our dream retirement home. The project manager, Josh was always responsive during the whole building process and kept us informed every step of the way. It was a great experience working with everyone on the Ferguson team. We think Ferguson Builders is fantastic. They have done a number of projects for us from fixing a hole in the wall (Oops! Someone tripped over the cat) to putting on a new roof. They also re-did our kitchen cabinets! We call them first!
