Extremely friendly and helpful, Brad really listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect home! I was looking for a home in Plano for my daughter for about 3 years. She is a teacher in Plano but lived in Fate with her daughter of 2. Every day she was driving 45 minutes each way with her daughter, and it was very tough on her. That said she couldn't afford to buy many of the homes on the market and we had to be patient. After working with us on and off during the 3-year period Jessica Maddern had the patience to keep looking out for homes she thought would work for my daughter. Finally, the perfect house came on the market, and we were able to buy it. Jessica's team then worked with us on every step of the process after the initial offer to make sure we had all our basis covered. She had recommendations for all trades so that we could make sure this older home was still in good working order. even after we closed on the home Jessica personally checked in repeatedly to make sure everything was as we expected. I believe in The Maddern Team enough to now have her working on a house in East Dallas for my oldest daughter. I can't say enough about this group and appreciate how hard they worked for my daughter and me. Thank You!!

Brad and Jessica showed us dozens of homes, and never once showed frustration with us (It is very hard to find a new home to buy when you love the one you already have, but have to relocate for work). Being new to the area, there were factors we never had to consider before, and Brad and Jessica were very honest and upfront, and voices of reason. We have been in our new home for about 4 years, and love the support we still receive from this team! They always answer quickly to a text- whether we are in need of recommendations for an A/C company, or are just sending a hello. They make us feel like a priority, even though we aren't actively buying or selling. The newsletters are so helpful that we have saved certain snippets to help navigate home maintenance in the Dallas area. Our kids enjoy the free events they hold, such as pumpkin decorating, and a family movie at a local watch and dine theater. Our family is forever grateful for this amazing duo!
