Being a former Customer service Manager have a right to say that Fintiba developed its service since the last 3 years becoming much faster and sharper compared to Expatrio which used in 2021 but now they've downgraded their performance.

Very unsatisfied with the Fitniba plus. Pay attention its a scam. They will force you to engage in 48 months travel insurance that serves nothing. I dont recommend it at all!

The best without a doubt. I investigated all the companies that offered blocked accounts, thanks to the excellent customer service, punctuality and agility, I chose them. My year in Germany with them was very comfortable, because they always gave me my monthly payment a few days before (they know that at the end of the month one adjusts and they are ematical with the client). Every time I had a question, they resolved it instantly. The website is easy to use and very reliable. Thank you very much! If I had to choose again, I would do it with you again.

Don’t recommend using their insurance service. It was written that it’s for one year and not auto renewal. But even till date they send me invoice and threat to pay. This is so annoying. Even after sending multiple emails that please cancel they never cancelled and it’s been 5 years and they deduct money from my account. 😡😡😡 poor service.
