This review has nothing to do with the quality of Bristol Fire Wood’s services or products, but instead addresses the unacceptable behaviour of one of their staff members. Today, while driving a black company-branded 4x4, this individual exhibited extremely aggressive driving behaviour. They used their horn excessively, and to my shock, began shouting profanities in the middle of traffic. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to see this kind of conduct, especially when representing a business. I hope the management takes steps to ensure that their employees, especially when driving company vehicles, demonstrate courtesy and professionalism on the road. This incident leaves a negative impression that reflects poorly on the company, regardless of the service they provide.

Very helpful call handlers and my delivery was prompt :) The wood was brought to my door and it was easy to move it to my wood store. When I realised the order was incomplete this was rectified very promptly.

Good quality logs at really competitive prices. This company has never failed to deliver right on time, with the quality of good, well dried logs. Have used Bristol Firewood for buying logs, kindling and smokeless coal for 10 years and have always had perfect service with them. I recently had my chimney swept by Ashley, the first time using this service from Bristol Firewood. Ashley was so helpful, not only did he sweep the chimney but talked me and my partner through the whole procedure. He also gave us lots of information on how we can help maintain a clean fire/chimney in between sweeps. I've had my chimney swept before and never had such good service.
