I couldn’t recommend Flex Movers more! We hired them twice for our moves, and everything went very smoothly. Communication is quick and efficient. If any issue arises, they have a prompt solution for you! Excellent service!

We used Flex movers recently for our office move and they were amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about the team over at flex movers. They were quick and efficient, so friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with . I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to hire movers . I will definitely be using them again .

We have now used Flex Movers twice and both times have been fantastic. Sol lead the team on the first move and this time it was Austin's team. Both teams have been fantastic and got us moved in no time! Took care of our belongings and both homes. Couldn't have asked for better crews! I highly recommend Flex Movers!

Flex did our move today from an apartment to a house. Everything was really seamless and there was even an extra crew member so they worked a lot faster than expected. Really friendly, and a great price for the work they did. Thank you!!

Friendly, kind, personable, and professional. From start to finish, all of the interactions with Flex Movers were great. Talked to Solomon to set everything up, and then Austin and the guys were great to work with.

I took a few days to think about what a fair rating would be for the services I received on April 22, 2024 because while the overall move was accomplished, it was not as smooth and stress-free as advertised. Pros: - The price was upper-mid range, not so low as to be suspicious and not so high that it was unaffordable. - No hidden/ additional charges and exact calculation of travel time. Other movers had additional charges such as a fuel surcharge, insurance surcharge, bed cover charge and charged a minimum of 1 hour as travel time. - The moving staff were quick, friendly, and able. - None of our items were damaged and no walls/flooring were damaged during the move. - The pre-move assessment was thorough and their estimate was accurate. Cons: - The move was erroneously scheduled for 10am. I had it scheduled for 9am and even confirmed this by email 3 days before the move and was assured that we were "golden" for 9am on April 22. This was incredibly stressful because my messages (call, text, email) requesting an update on the morning of my move were not answered until my husband kept calling their office number until someone picked up. Also, I moved to a small building where there is only one elevator and a number of residents have limited mobility, so I was very conscious of how people would be inconvenienced and I wanted to make the elevator was not held longer than absolutely necessary. Neither here nor there: - It seemed like the movers were not very efficient. They moved almost everything by hand rather than use a dolly for the heavier and fragile items. I'm not a moving professional, so I don't know if this how it's usually done but in all my previous moves, the movers would use dollies and hand carts for boxes and bins for efficiency and to make sure box bottoms didn't drop out. Maybe it's because we had few things? Idk. In the end they completed the move in just under 2 hours (from a 600sqft apartment to a 1000sqft apartment). I was given a discount on the final bill for their error (~30 minutes worth) which I appreciate. Bottom line: would I recommend them? I would recommend them with reservations. If not for the scheduling error, I would have given them four stars.

The team that off loaded my moving container were fantastic. They arrived on time and finished within the time set out. They were all very professional. I would recommend this company! Great service!

We just recently used Flex Movers and Sol Amer, the general manager, was professional, honest, reliable and fit us in, right away, into the company's busy moving schedule. We couldn't be happier with the service that his company provided. He sent two very qualified and responsible movers to our house, Austin and Dang, to move the contents of our basement to our garage. They were thorough, courteous, kind, respectful and VERY careful not to damage ANYTHING, including our freshly painted walls. I was very pleased with the service by flex movers. It was also really nice to see that their staff seem happy and enjoy their work. Our kitchen table did sustain some damage during the move but Solomon made it right and it is now as good as new. Would definitely use this service again if the opportunity presents itself.

The men worked non stop to get the job done. We appreciated the small details like “hey we are on our way” phone call. We were introduced to the team immediately and everyone was very responsive to our moving needs. From start to finish everything went smoothly with Flex Movers. Solomon was great at getting everything set up and checking in the night before to make sure I was supported with everything before the moving day. The team was quick and easy to deal with. They had all the equipment and tools for the move and never took a break. The pricing is fair and they are willing to work with you if you have any changes from what was planned earlier.

The guys did a great job with the difficult task. Lots of heavy boxes and awkward stuff down lots of stairs.
