Pre-sales service was excellent. Unfortunately, the installers were sloppy and unreliable, and the post-sales service was dismissive. There are gaps in the skirting and many of the edging panels are loose. we were told to contact the installers ourselves to rectify, did so, and arranged a time, but they never turned up. Disgusted with the lack of care.

We're sorry to hear your disappointment, but we believe there’s some inaccuracy to your review. It’s true that our installers initially fell short in finishing the skirting and trims to our standards. However, once you informed us, we (not you) immediately reached out to the installer to address the issue. They contacted you directly to schedule a suitable time. Unfortunately, due to their child's sudden illness, they were delayed but notified you within 30 minutes and arranged a later visit. The work was completed on the same day. Please rest assured that we stand by our 12-month installation warranty and are committed to upholding it.

Good service and good price. We had the whole top level carpeted - 5 bedrooms with wardrobes, sitting room, hall and 2 linen cupboards. Will and Tommy competed the job in one day and did a great job. Thanks Rowena and crew.

An excellent service from choosing the right carpets in the shop with Laikyn to the carpets being fitted. The carpet fitter was exceptional! They are laid perfectly and he provided a gold star service. Thank you so much!

Very poor service provided to me,started with wrong blinds installed on sliding door,got replaced after nearly a month with one blade still missing.Laundry blind frame end cap fell out which wasn’t screwed in when installed. From June it got installed and now it’s August.Don’t know if I will get it fixed anytime soon.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our supplier has let us down regarding your blinds. To prevent this from happening again, we have switched to a new provider. The necessary part has been express posted by the supplier this week, and your blinds will be completed shortly.

Had no idea what hard floor I needed. But the salesperson talked me through the best options then did a colour consultation with my wife and I. We had the floors installed and love it. Flawless install. Really appreciate the service team!

Lance and the flooring installers were professional and knew what they were doing. We did get about four different quotes, and they were not the cheapest nor were they the dearest, but they were more knowledgeable and definitely knew about flooring prep, which is the most important part of any flooring to be done. We are inspectors, and we do reports on flooring done incorrectly, so we know what we are looking at, and these guys do it 100% correctly. We would highly recommend that you go with them if you want your floors done right.
