I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Flooring Xtra Burleigh, where an insurance-related flooring job was significantly delayed due to their inability to meet deadlines. Despite clear timelines established by myself and my insurance provider, Flooring Xtra consistently failed to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe. The primary reason given for these delays was a persistent lack of available staff and they carpet promised being given to a larger building company that I quote “may not even need it for a while but that’s how it goes with builders” I was told. After committing yet another date that was discussed this could not be moved, I received a text to advise of another push back on dates. It is deeply concerning that a business would accept work it is not adequately resourced to complete, leaving customers to bear the consequences of their poor planning. If you require dependable service and adherence to deadlines, I strongly advise seeking an alternative provider, as Flooring Xtra Burleigh did not meet even the most basic expectations.

Justin was so easy to deal with - organising to come to quote very promptly, and then emailing through the quote the same day. They had plenty of stock, and were able to book us in within a week. The installer was very professional and did a great job. And all for the best price of the three companies who quoted! 😊

I had a warrantly claim on my flooring and Leah was very helpful in organising the replacement flooring in an efficient and timely manner. Ben who installed my flooring did an amazing job and was very helpful moving furniture which he didn't have to do. I'm thrilled with how the new floor looks. Thank you to everyone involved.

The floor boards rock - On time on budget and brilliant communication. Honestly a great company and I can’t thank them enough. Great experience from start to finish! Rahul was our sales person he really knew his product, was polite and not pushy quoted and measured up. Te and the boys were fantastic, on time and happy. We were sent a message to say who would be coming and when they would be arriving. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy.I mopped and the water was still clear afterwards! Would use Flooring Xtra at Burleigh again. Great team.
