I’ve spent days chasing around for what I need only to find the cold shoulder from numerous places, totally unwilling to help find a matching product. Coming across Luke and Jared here at Flooring Xtra Chatswood has been a god send! A totally different level of service and knowledge and a real dedication to their customers. I highly recommend paying these guys a visit!

I came in with a strange request, needing to find just 1m of underlay to replace some that was destroyed by my dog. Luke was SUPER helpful. He went out of his way to get me some and didn’t charge me anything. He was quick, friendly and so generous. I would definitely recommend them and I will be coming back when I need new flooring!

Long story short. I cannot recommend Flooring Xtra Chatswood highly enough. Read on if you would like to know more. Initially we were just wondering whether to replace the old carpet in our new home. Flooring Xtra Chatswood is just a minute walk away. So we paid a visit to learn how to choose the right carpet , and what the cost is like. Luke was most helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all our queries and concerns even though we were just exploring. Using our floorplan Luke also provided an estimate of the overall cost. We were able to make an informed decision with what we learned, and returned to the store almost two months later to appoint Flooring Xtra Chatswood as the supplier for the carpet of our new home. Most importantly, we have the utmost confidence in the knowhow and commitment of Flooring Xtra Chatswood to supply and install the carpet to meet our expectation. Unfortunately during our bathroom and laundry renovations, anything that could possibly go wrong did go wrong. So we were forced to postpone the carpet installation twice. Luke and Jared were most considerate in accommodating our request and finding the next available date for us. Finally the installation proceeded smoothly with no issues at all. A handyman was arranged to help with trimming the doors to provide sufficient clearance for the new carpet. The end result is above and beyond our expectation, and we love the look and feel of our triexta carpet. Thank you Luke and Jared for making the final step of our arduous renovation journey an absolutely breeze.

Worked with Jared. Came to house with samples, picked the carpet and colour and measure done on the spot. The team laid the moved the furniture and laid the carpet for three bedrooms and a hall in half a day. Competitive pricing and very professional service. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Flooring Xtra was appointed by our home & contents insurance to replace the damaged carpet on our main bedroom. Jared was highly professional and friendly in helping us organise the carpet selection, processing the claims and installation. We ended up ordering an additional job to replace our 2nd bedroom and hallway as well, so the new carpet can be ordered at the same time. We live in a small 2BR apartment so we couldn’t to the installation at the same time as we don’t have space to move the furnitures out of the rooms. Jared has been so patient with us. On to installation day, the installer guys were very punctual. They helped us move the big furnitures. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and pay close attention to details which I gladly appreciated. I can highly recommend Flooring Xtra for their professional and attentive service to address your flooring needs.

Flooring Xtra in Chatswood are the best, the team is so experienced and talented they can help and give you the best advise with any flooring product you need. Luke made everything so easy and although I had limited time to get what I needed done, Luke and the team made it happen. I want to also mention the outstanding service I also received from Leigh and Doug, the whole team went above and beyond. I can 100% recommend this store, you will not be disappointed.

We worked with Luke for the installation of carpet in our bedrooms. Luke was knowledgeable on what product would best work for our needs. Despite an unforeseen delay in our carpet, the Flooring Xtra team kept us informed and were able to arrange a new install date for us very quickly which was so refreshing to experience during the stress of renovations. Logan and his team worked on the installation and they were efficient, polite and speedy!
