Super helpful and great showroom and lots of choices

I choose Mandurah Flooring Xtra for several reasons. The first was their amazingly easy to navigate website with hints and tips and ideas! When I went in, Jenny was fabulous. She was patient and easy to understand. Darren then came out with several samples and walked me through the options. Luke then installed and he was so much fun to be around (country and western eat your heart out)! A hassle free experience all round! Thank you Darren and Jenny!

Darren was a great help in guiding us through the flooring process. The process was quick and easy. We required 95 sq metres of hybrid flooring, and to my surprise the team fitted it all down in one day! Great attention the detail around all the edges too. Highly recommend. The Before and after photo shows that the hybrid covers the old tiled floor beautifully

Have recently had our living area floor done with karndean vinyl planks. Fantastic experience all the way through, from the ladies in the shop, Darren the owner who come to quote and the floor layers. First class team, will definitely recommend their services. Will be using them again in the future. Very happy with our new floor!

Wood floor was done on schedule and looks great. Pre and post installation customer service was excellent.

We had six rooms of carpet replaced by FlooringXtra Mandurah and are thrilled by the result. The in store service from Darren was excellent and the two guys who laid the new carpet were outstanding. They arrived exactly on time, worked non stop until finished and did a perfect job. Many thanks to all of you.

Darrens customer service was fantastic from the moment I walked through the door , he was friendly polite and helpful, said I could take the samples home to make a decision and arranged a measure & quote promptly.(I was about to give up that day after going to 5 other stores most of whom didn't even acknowledge me) He also had a better colour range in store as I wanted purple carpet. The guys who came and laid the carpet were fast efficient and friendly. Overall I could not be happier with the service and the final product. I would definitely recommend to others looking at new flooring !

Darren and his team were extremely professional and efficient in installing carpet into our house. The quality and workmanship was of very high standard. They were very easy to work with throughout the process and communication was excellent.
