I would like to personally call out Marquice who is a Silver Airlines agent who did an AMAZING job helping me. I know it can be frustrating calming down customers who are on the verge on missing their flight or people who have gotten delayed 3+ hours but I would like to say that Marquice’s customer service is unmatched! He made sure to calm me down and explain exactly what was going on with my specific situation and what I should do/ say when trying to get my situation sorted out. Marquice also even followed up with me the day after to make sure everything was in order for the next day that I flew and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Marquice and please give him a raise!! He deserves it :)

It's a small airport, but it is easier to navigate and has good customer service.

If you’re looking for customer service, you won’t get that from American Airlines. How did I travel to my destination with my duffle bag as my carry on but now I have to pay to go back. I didn’t buy anything extra so I’m leaving the same way. Agent just ripped me off! Thanks for the ride American Airlines. If I can avoid it I’ll never fly American Airlines again.

You better get there earlier than you have to get to a normal size airport. The people that work the front also work the back so you can't get a boarding pass unless you're super early. So you watch your plane leave without you. The concession stand is more expensive than in New York. The vending machines only have Pepsi and they do not take cards only dollar bills. Basically this place sucks
