I travel long in busy traffic to reach the store , Just want to know I am on the way to their ..Tried to reach the given number to trice and no answer Which made me worrisome .Later some time I got a call back from the store number .I told them I was on the way to their store and learned that the store is closed on Sundays I explained to them I am traveling far away from their place and indicated that the store shows opened on a map on sunday. Finally disappointed and return back to home wasted 2hrs of traveling .The person promised that she will share the details in sms .. I message here with requirements in Sms and WhatsApp...more than 2 hrs no response ....let us see some update tomorrow

Firm but not stiff I do not know about the "natural" part, in any case, I think processing renders even natural latex non-biodegradable, but I may be wrong ( I hope so, too).The product is very satisfactory. It holds it's shape, but is not stiff or rigid or hard. It's good for people who want a high pillow, for whatever reason. I have bought 5.5" thick one. It comes with a built-in cover which is of nice material (possibly synthetic) & good stitching. Some Regular pillowcases fit on it, but some don't. It is very comfortable for me.

I have neck pain so I was advised to use cervical contour pillow, I found this shop and they told this pillow will control and manage the pain and it was make mainly for neck pain.i used this pillow for a week and experienced numbness, felt no blood circulation in head and neck and lost sensation.then I again started using my old normal pillow to get normal state back.this latex pillow costs 1400/- which doesn't helped me for pain management.instead it created much more problem.soon I called the shop and reported the same.but I found they are not ready to help it out. It also made me to spend money for further treatment.indeed It was such a bad experience for me

We offer a 7-day trial policy for our pillows, but as you contacted us after this period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. At the time of purchase, we clearly stated that the pillow may not cure neck pain for everyone. Contour pillows are generally recommended for neck pain due to their curved shape, which can promote better blood circulation and potentially alleviate neck pain for some users, though not for everyone. Thank you.

I would suggest dont buy this product, being an expensive product they offer Worst service support not even the escalation email for service support was replied. Only oral promises and commitment till selling it.

At the time of your product purchase, we were offering a 10-year warranty for our mattress. From the picture you provided, we can see that the mattress has broken in the center due to continuous folding. According to our warranty conditions, damages caused by mishandling of the mattress are not covered. The mattress was delivered to Chennai, and it is now in Bengaluru. You also informed us that the mattress was folded and shipped to Bengaluru. Additionally, putting more weight on top of a folded mattress will surely break the mattress. In such cases, the warranty does not apply. Our company cannot provide service for damages caused by mishandling. However, we do provide genuine free service for manufacturing defects like sagging. Thank you.

Excellent quality.. used more than year and again buying this 2 more Excellent quality and very good support person like me obese and short neck.. pure latex pillow.. only thing is delivery takes time for Bangalore.. but worth for wait.. now 3 pillows at my home.. good for kids also..Once i get budget i will replace rest of my pillows in home..

I have bought one mattress 3 years back, it like the very much. It’s not very soft neither very hard. Even after 3 years I don’t see any difference in the mattress it’s as good as new. There is no sagging or any other issue. Only problem I see is it’s heavy but we don’t move it very often so should not be a concern at all.. Now have purchased 3 more for other bedrooms in my house.
