Probably 5 star Swallowing is stated as biggest negative in the reviews. Take those comments with a grain of salt. I easily swallow all 4 at once. That may just be me as I have a musical background and teaching to open airway to exhale mass amount of air. Only 2 days in. Will likely be 5 stars after a wk or 2

Tastes terrible The pills are super big and you have to take several a day. I tried crushing them and adding them to pudding and even into no-bake cookies. It was terrible anyway you try to take them. I don’t suggest buying these. There are many other memory pills on the market that work just as good without the terrible taste and smell. I had to throw these away.

It works! Great multivitamin. I had black mold in my home, and it destroyed my once laser-focus cognition. I started taking this to help me climb out of the mental fog.
