We had a time sensitive matter and we reached out last Monday. We had an appointment for the Friday of that week. We were canceled the day of with under an hour’s notice. It was very inconvenient, as I had to leave work early to make the appointment. They rescheduled for the following Thursday in the morning. Again, I had to make accommodations with my work. We were once again rescheduled for Friday. After all of that hassle, we had to make different arrangements. This business does not seem to take into consideration their potential clients. Especially, when they charge $200 per half hour. Grateful we dodged that bullet.
