Ian and his crew came out immediately to take care of some water damage we had from a broken pipe. He did a great job at getting the damages uncovered so that we can get it restored to its natural state. He did an absolutely great job and I would definitely recommend the professional, friendly and fast service he provides. I would love to have this company do the restoration also. Hopefully they will be getting a hold of me soon. Waiting for an estimate.

Sales visited my home gave estimate, then left on vacation after sending crew to do the work problem is they had no idea what they were supposed to do or how to do it. It was like watching the three stooges. They would have to cut a board three times after destroying two others and still not getting a good fit. When they first arrived they began doing work that was not even on the estimate I reminded them,I am not paying for that.

I had some floor repair I'd put off for a while but decided it was time to get it finished. Freedom got the job and turned out to be probably the most impressive contractor I'd used in years. They gave me a bid that was backed up with facts, brought out a crew with excellent leadership, finished on time and atn the agreed cost. The workmanship is excellent. Definately a keeper. I'll use them again.

Then completely fixed the ceiling and painted all areas that needed it. They completed the work with professional employees fast efficient And trustworthy. This company was hired in January for an insurance job, they hired me to remove and hvac unit. We removed the hvac unit for them to do their mitigation and water damage work. I submitted the invoice once done and was never paid, I contacted the insurance agent and he gave us proof that this company was paid. We did all plumbing and hvac work and the homeowner, main contractor, and insurance agent paid us for our services besides these people. After multiple no call backs from the manager Daniel or the owner, I have no choice but to take this the legal route. It’s sad that companies operate like this and don’t call back or email back. We reached out via phone and text to the office, owner, and manager Daniel, as well email, and website. They don’t answer back!

Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold Freedom restoration is the only mode removal company that came when they said 247 they meant 247 they came immediately when every other knocks the other Knoxville company I called that said 247 would not come until the following weekday. I needed them on a Saturday for an emergency and freedom restoration put my needs 1st And when they got to my house they were extremely caring and understanding and went far beyond far beyond taking care of the mold, They took care of me and my family and continued to do this very day. They are the only company I will ever call for this type of work or any home emergency and even if it's not to deal with restoration I will get their opinion on who they think would be the best for a different job outside of their area because they have been in Knoxville for we're a long time and know the area very well and are very well respected. Please forgive any misspellings or grammatical errors I have to use voice text because the mold in our home made me extremely ill and I can no longer use my hands righands very well. If freedom restoration had not told us to leave immediately I would easily be in critical care in the hospital face facing death again.
