At a difficult time , the ease of organising the farewell and cremation of my dearest little friend gave me peace of mind.

I can't recommend Kylie & Sean highly enough. I little while ago we lost our beloved "Buddy". I called Kylie & she was compassionate & empathetic. within the hour, Sean arrived to take Buddy for us. The service was amazing & Buddy was retuned home a few weeks later in a beautiful sandstone outdoor urn. Than you so much for making this difficult time a lot easier for our family.

Furry friend farewells were absolutely outstanding! I was really upset and stressed about having to put my little dog down and they were so kind, patient and understanding. I was able to call Sean over the phone to tell him I wanted my dog to be cremated with flowers that I left with him and he was so lovely about it and said ofcourse. I also left my dog with his blanket when he passed and wanted him to stay in his blanket until the cremation. Sean and Kylie dropped my dogs ashes off with his little blanket cleaned which melted my heart.
Kylie also messaged me when my dog was collected from the vet which helped me a lot when I was constantly thinking about where he was now. This is a service I recommend very highly. I was treated with compassion. I appreciate them so so much. Thank you for everything!

We lost our beautiful boy about 2 weeks ago just short of his 16th birthday. He was a golden labradoodle that was absolutely beloved and we had been dreading the loss of him. He passed away at home on a weekend and Sean was at our home within an hour after our call. He was kind and compassionate and that means even more to us now when we remember his passing that Bronsi was entrusted to such lovely people. When it was time for Bronson to come home it was again conducted with real compassion and we could not be more grateful to the team from Furry Friends who made our last goodbye as gentle as it could be.
