I was looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature to relax, detach from the outer world and connect with my inner-self. And I found it! Gaia Yoga Retreat gives you that peace of mind that everything is okay, you don't have to rush to do anything but just go with the flow. Listen to your body, breathe consciously, move naturally and feed your body with healthy food, good talks and vibes. It's that simple...Thank you, Eran, for all your dedication and love you put into this place (and food :) you call home. We all need such a break from time to time, especially mothers 😉. Das Gaia Retreat House ist ein sehr liebevoll geführtes Haus, in dem man sehr herzlich aufgenommen und hervorragend kulinarisch betreut wird. Lieben Dank, Eran.

The owner of Gaia is the most gorgeous cook in the plant based food universe. The hospitality is mediterranean and the house is almost located in the forrest. I loved the whole package!

My Yoga-Meditation retreat at Gaia with instructor Ytamar had a profound impact on me. Reconnecting with a former, healthier life was further made possible by the excellent host (and cook!) Eran, who always surprised with culinary delicacies. Gaia’s location is idyllic. The whole package!! I look forward to returning to continue this journey!

Die wunderschöne Natur und ruhige Umgebung sind bezaubernd. Eran ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sein veganes Essen ist mit ganz viel Liebe zubereitet, extrem lecker und bekömmlich. Die Herzlichkeit, Respekt und Liebenswürdigkeit mit der man empfangen und umsorgt wird, sind überwältigend. Ich empfehle das Gaia Retreat House nicht nur für Retreats sondern auch für Fortbildungen und privat Reisende. Zur Erholung, um aufzutanken, sich wieder zu erden oder einfach glücklich zu sein. Es fühlt sich an wie nachhause kommen, nicht wie in der Fremde. Ich komme bestimmt wieder und freue mich schon jetzt darauf.

Ich habe hier ein tolles Yoga Retreat besucht. Der Gastgeber Eran ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Gastgeber, der wirklich möchte, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Es ist eine tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Das vegane Essen, das er mit viel Hingabe selbst kocht, schmeckt einfach super lecker. Außerdem stehen viele verschiedene Teesorten zur Verfügung. Die Kombination Yoga Sessions, Natur und tolles Essen, lassen einen super zur Ruhe kommen. Die Yogalehrerin kann ich genauso loben. Sie ist toll auf die Gruppe eingegangen und hat jeden auch individuell angesprochen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende! Ich habe viel Kraft getankt.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in einem Yoga Retreat, und alle Erwartungen und Hoffnungen wurden übertroffen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist wunderschön. Ruhige Natur. Das Essen so voller Liebe und perfekt abgestimmt auf das, worum es in dem Retreat überhaupt gehen soll. Yoga. Arbeit an einem selbst. Tiefsinnigkeit. Ich habe so viel gelernt, so viele „lose Fäden verknüpfen können“, sodass überhaupt erst ein Prozess losgestoßen und begonnen werden konnte. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit, mit wundervollen Menschen, Gesprächen und Übungen!

Eran Eisen‘s hospitality and his incredible menu of vegan food is made with deep love and is both delicious and nurturing. One may arrive from the bustle and stress of life drained but even after just 4 days you will leave with soul uplifted and a full belly!

An diesem super schönen Ort für ein Retreat, fällt es leicht, den Alltag zu vergessen und sich auf andere Dinge zu fokussieren. Eran kennenzulernen war eine unglaublich tolle und bereichernde Erfahrung. Anregende Gespräche, tolle Menschen, viel Natur und köstliches Essen - ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.

I recently had an oppurtunity to attend Gaia yoga retreat and it was truly transformative. The serene location provided the perfect backdrop for self-discovery and relaxation. Anjuly our experienced instructor guided us through rejuvenating sessions, and the variety of classes catered to all levels. The healthy, delicious vegan meals made by Eran complemented the holistic experience. The supportive community and mindful atmosphere created a space for personal growth. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and grateful for the rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wellness retreat.

It was my second time at Gaia and I can strongly recommend the Meditation as well as the Yoga retreat. The whole compound is amazing, there is love in every single molecule -even the food is Eran's special gift of love to each hungry soul. It is so energizing to spend time at Gaia and if you like the feeling of being abroad (without leaving Germany-that's carbon friendly :D), having international exchange, getting to know yourself and others better, this is your place to be. My four-day meditation retreat in Gaia Retreat House in the heart of Germany was an extraordinary experience surrounded by tranquil nature ❤️ From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The retreat organizer Eran and the trainer were warm and knowledgeable, making us feel immediately like at home. The daily schedule was well-structured, balancing periods of guided meditation, silent reflection, and insightful teachings on various meditation techniques. I learned to quiet my mind, focus my thoughts, and connect with a sense of inner peace that I hadn't experienced before. The natural surroundings added to the experience, with gentle breezes and bird songs enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. Definitely one of the highlights of the retreat was the delicious vegan meals that Eran prepared with love and care. One of the most profound moments of the retreat was the silent meditation walk through the forest. The connection to nature and the stillness of the surroundings deepened my practice and brought about a sense of oneness with the world around me. Overall, this four days of meditation were a transformative experience. I left feeling more centered, mindful, and equipped with practical meditation tools that I will continue to use in my daily life. I can't recommend this retreat enough to anyone seeking inner peace and personal growth in a beautiful natural setting. 🙏

Die Gastgeber Anat und Eran geben ihre ganze Fürsorge und Liebe den Gästen. Das Gaia Haus liegt inmitten der Natur des Geo-Naturpark Frau-Holle-Land und man ist in kurzer Zeit im Wald zum Wandern. Erschöpft und ausgebrannt kam ich zum "Meditation with Yoga" Retreat an und hatte das vegane Essen eher als "kann sicher nicht schaden" eingeplant. Aber da kannte ich Eran noch nicht. Er zaubert von morgens bis abends - in seiner Kochschürze und aus seinem beeindruckenden Kühlschrank - viele Köstlichkeiten und erzählt von Israel und der Liebe zur Gastfreundschaft "... with much love ...". Love ist das allgegenwärtige Credo und die Besitzer Eran und Anat sind die Seele ihres Gaia Hauses. Diese Liebe lässt Eran auch durch den Magen gehen! Erholt von der Praxis und der Lehre des für den Retreat bestellten liebevollen und kompetenten Yogi, dazu mit neuen Freunden und neuen Rezepten fuhr ich nach Hause. Das Gaia House ist einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch der ÖPNV funktioniert, wie ich es von anderen erfahren habe. Sabine

I am so grateful for my time at Gaia House. From the first communication with Eran, I already felt warmly received. I was looking for a retreat very last minute, and he generously welcomed me as a last minute addition to the group. The directions were excellent, which made getting there fresh off the plane from the Frankfurt airport easy. I was delighted to find myself landing in such a calm, structured, warm place, amidst a fabulous small group of fellow retreat-seekers. The territory that we opened up together through yoga sessions with Bea was remarkable - far beyond what (any of us, perhaps) expected. The food that Eran lovingly prepared was utterly delicious and so nourishing. Thank you Gaia House and all the wonderful folks there for the meaningful re-grounding :)
