What a great experience. Niels worked us through over a month's worth of design changes and questions. We were not satisfied with the locks they were going to use and they went out and found an alternative that we are completely satisfied with. The installation of the cabinets was done quickly and efficiently. The floor coating is beautiful. We did shop the project with 3 different companies and Niels not only was the best value for the dollar but offered 3 different lines you can choose from to fit your budget. Great customer support. I worked with their rep, Sam. Every step of this project he just made it so easy. I was planning on doing this early spring 2024 but due to some health issues I pushed it out to fall of 2024. I asked Sam to follow up with me every 2-3 months to see if I was ready and he did. Never felt pressured or that the delay annoyed him. He was always so courteous. When I finally buckled down to do it, Sam was full of great tips and suggestions. He suggested getting a rental truck to store my items vs a storage unit while they did the work. It was cheaper and easier to do. Sam was also always available for a quick call to answer any of my questions.
Actual install was easy too. They gave me notifications to verify appointments and the day before a call to verify the time the crew arrived. The floor looks great!
Called to get information on having wood ramps in my garage coated to match my garage/carport floor. Talked with Tom...very rude...didn't really want to hear what I was asking. Stated that wasn't something they did, but had a $500 minimum...thinking if you don't normally do it, probably wouldn't be a good job!!! From a women's point of view...DO NOT RECOMMEND. No need to be rude, just say you don't want to do it!!!!!

Mr. Fernandez and team completed our garage epoxy flooring installation and it is beautifully done! They were on time and completed ahead of schedule, they kept us informed each step during the application and reminded us at the end of the care and timing needed for the drying process!

Garage Floor Coating redid our garage floor (the originally did it in 2004). It has lasted very well, but time for renewal/updating. Did an excellent job. Crew was exceptional. Job was timely. We're very pleased. Highly recommend this company.
