My dad is 94, he had an 'incontinence accident' on the carpet, which he spread upstairs. Spent a week trying 3 people from AgeConcern, first guy came round, but never got back in touch when he found out it was 'poo'. 2nd and 3rd guys never phoned back, so we went to Checkatrade and found GCS. Spoke to Lorraine on the phone, sent pics, got a quote very quickly, booked in the next day. Bruno came round, he was brilliant. Phoned to let us know he could be early, he also did the entire staircase (in same price) when all we asked was for the upstairs landing and downstairs hallway. What more can you say 10/10, thank you so much.

What went well: Really pleased with the result! Full roof clean and biocide treatment has restored the tiles to nearly new. Friendly tidy team. Recommended for the result. Even better if: Job wasn't rescheduled. Impact of sick leave was communicated better. 2 week delay on completion didn't happen. Invoice demanding payment wasnt auto sent by Quickbooks when the job wasn't finished.

Bruno did a excellent job of cleaning my paving and porch roof. He was friendly, which does matter to me. I also really appreciated that he made me aware of some broken tiles that need replacing.

Cleaned and sanded our shared 500sqm car park, and they were absolute pros. Easy to work with, on time, all works according to plans, on budget. All neighbours are extremely happy with the result. Top marks for bringing a work schedule, so it is clear for all parties what is meant to be happening that day. Will use again, and recommend to anyone who'd ask

As always I’m delighted with the service received and the expertise from GCS. We use them both professionally and personally and our clients are always as satisfied with the service as we are. I recently had our front garden tidied up with various shrubbery needing to be pruned and I can honestly say the experience from booking the appointment to the completion of the work was exemplary as always. My front garden looks amazing and it’s a job I can tick off my list! If I could give 100 stars I would. Highly recommended!

GCS cleaned our stair and landing carpet and it now looks like new! Bruno called to advise he had been delayed and worked really efficiently. The GCS team work hard to keep you informed from booking to their arrival. Would definitely recommend.
