Just short to say: if you are looking for a good accommodation in Dubai Marina it's your place.

The guys from Gemstay are very nice, the are reacting imminently and fixing problems quickly. Small little things are needs more attention, e.g. the coffee machine was not cleaned, the bed had a broken feed.But in general I can absolutely recommend the company and the apartments

We had an unforgettable stay here. The apartment was extremely comfortable and the view was utterly amazing.We had everything we needed. Within walking distance to grocery stores, beach, restaurants and metro. Our host was friendly and communicative. Always quick to respond and always making sure we were doing well. The building was secure and the staff was great. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful stay in Dubai.

Beautiful flat in the perfect location - close to the beach and to ferry pier. Inside you can find anything you want - all amenities. Wonderful view and what is important in Dubai - apartment doesn’t face to South - so it’s cool even without AC. Host is very friendly, helpful and with fast response. Thank you, we enjoyed our time ❤️

Amazing stay!! We were a party of 4 and the apartment was spacious to accommodate all comfortably. The place was spotless, comfortable beds and even had a photo backdrop. The views from the balcony are jaw dropping!!! And to top it off, the team is very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with our luggage storage after check out which was immensely helpful. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back anytime I visit Dubai. Thank you so much.

This is definitely a great find.The place is well connected to the airport and the rest of the city via tram/metro, has plenty of grocers and restaurants nearby, and is conveniently located next to the marina and close to some of the best beaches in Dubai.The apartment is incredible, located on the 82nd floor, feels luxurious and has all the necessary amenities. The balcony is tiny but is a great place to relax and hang out. You also get access to two different pools and a well-equipped gym.GemStay - the hosts - were friendly, proactive and very responsive. Honestly, can’t wait to come back to Dubai and stay in this apartment.

Very clean and amazing apartment with an astonishing view!

Ein absoluter Traum im 82. Stock zu leben. Es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist auch super, sofern man in der Nähe der Marina möchte. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Wohnung absolut für jedem empfehlen.
