Excellent service from John. I had tried to fix the lock on my door myself, which was a mistake. John came very soon after my call and fixed it no problem and it was cheaper than I expected. Will contact him again if needed and would highly recommend.

I’d give more than five stars if I could. John was wonderful in helping in a sensitive situation with a vulnerable relative who had lost a set of keys but saw no need for new keys and locks as a safety measure. John dealt with this situation sympathetically. John did an excellent job of fitting new locks and demonstrating the changes he had made for my relative. I live over 250 miles away from EK and John kept me updated at every stage of the repair. He sent videos of what he’d done. I found John to be great value as well as an accomplished tradesman. Highly recommended.

John responded very quickly to a problem with the lock on our front door. At a very reasonable cost he replaced the lock, making the door very easy to open and lock. He is also a thoroughly nice man who gives the impression that nothing is too much trouble for him. Would use him again and can strongly recommend him.
