Excellent trip, well worth it. We took this trip as a family party of 8 with 6 adults and 10 kids aged 12 and 9. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a perfect day for it, with glassy smooth conditions. Our driver, Katie, was great. She clearly enjoys what she does and was enthusiastic about her commentary. She wasn't just going through the motions as some guides can after giving the same speech every day. The tour was a nice mix of great coastline and underwater viewing. The best parts were going inside the cave and comparing the marine life inside the reserve to outside the reserve. It's great that their message was the need for more sustainable fishing practices as the impact outside the reserve is clear and somewhat saddening. I thoroughly recommend the tour for all ages.

We took this tour as group of 12 last weekend. Our skipper Katie was awesome and gave us a great experience. She explained each and every bit very clearly. The day was sunny and clear. So we could get the best of our trip. The water was cold and we couldn’t do snorkeling but no regrets as looking through the glass bottom of the boat gave us the experience of snorkeling with lots of fish and seals as well.

The weather was looking a bit dicey but we were so glad the skipper took us out anyway. We had a great couple of hours looking at and feeding fish, exploring the various islands, coves and cave. The glass bottom is fantastic and the kids (and adults!) loved it, as well as all of the other touches that the skipper took the time to create. Thank team! We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience in Whitianga.

This was an excellent experience! The sights were beautiful and Katie was a super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide.

This tour was event better than my expectations. Katie was our guide and told us a lot of interesting facts about history and sea life. The boat was a good one because we were protected as it as a "roof". And the glass bottom was incredible, i wasn't expecting seeing so many fish.

We took the bottom glass boat with my husband on August 1st and it was a blast. Despite the cold we had an amazing time with Michael and saw beautiful beaches and sea caves as well as seals and many fish! Thanks

Had an amazing experience on glass boat in coromandel cove today, sad part is that the skipper lady was showing racist behaviour, she was very social with the white passengers and avoided us completely. This happened today 10.30 am.

Great tour. It was fantastic before the glass bottom opened up, and when that did, it was the icing on the cake.
