I thought I'd be setting up an appointment for a window regulator for a non-functioning window. I was very happy that in under 2 hours I had 2 electric windows repaired as well as a new windshield. My windshield wasn't broken but it was sandblasted from living in Nevada. The price was very fair for all of that work and replacement of windshield. The surprising thing is that Suyog somehow located a new windshield for my 2000 Crown Victoria, that's an old car but he did it! So in under 2 hours, Suyog fixed a broken window regulator, a non-operative button on a different window, and replaced my windshield all for $500 plus tax! GREAT PRICE AND FAST SERVICE! Had a cracked windshield for a 15 year old Honda. After looking at their reviews and doing a quick call/text exchange, they were very easy to get information on pricing, timing, etc. I compared with 5-6 other providers and they had the best combo of price, availability, and timing. Came to their shop the day after calling and they had me in and out with a new windshield in 45 mins. Windshield replacement looks great and would definitely use again.

After 3 days and taking off blue tape, I noticed my passenger trim mounding on the roof was damaged. This mounding is where the windshield meets at the top left corner. This place damaged it and won't take accountability of doing so. After one drive on the freeway, it flew off. So paying $200 to replace a windshield, ended up costing me more due to workmanship. I should have went to more established place as know I'm out more money.

This place is great! Friendly mom and pop windshield replacement service providers. I was able to get my windshield replaced same day with a very reasonable price. They are responsive, thorough, and nice. I recommend giving this place a try if you ever need your car windows replaced.

What a horrible experience I has this morning! First of all, the shop address was not correct and I ended up wasting more than 30 minutes on Sat morning. They knew about this issue and should have told me earlier... Suoug (owner or technician?) seems to have definite attitude problem. Original quote I received was $243 but the actual bill came out over $1k. Since I only have to pay $100 deductible, I could care less but I asked him why there was such a big gap. He started almost shouting at me saying it came from the insurance. Also, I found the labor hour on the invoice said 5.5hours even though it only took less than an hour. He actually shouted saying "It came from the insurance and I can easily make it actually 5.5 hours by keeping your car in my garage" I do not recommend this place unless you have super strong tolerance dealing with people with attitude issue.

Quick service at a reasonable price. I'm always down for quality and swiftness. Quote was given over the phone and finding parking at the location was easy. They also do mobile service but at a higher cost, makes sense for the convenience. Will use again if needed in the future.

After they replaced the windshield they never reconnect the windshield wiper fluid for me so the fluid never came out. The pump was very hard to check, I got my car inspected by repair shop and got charged $250 for a silly mistake, all they had to do is reconnect the pump and nozzle and its fine. This should have been checked after windshield replacement. Will never come back again.

They were honest and up-front about my options and helped me make the best decision for my car in terms of getting a chip-repair or the entire windshield replaced. GlassFixIt saved the day!! Fantastic service and super fast turn around! Someone/thing broke our 2019 car window and SafeLite Glass wanted me to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it because they were ordering a replacement window from Canada. It's stormy season and 2 weeks is just ridiculous. We called some other places and GlassFixIt responded to our urgent request by saying "We close at 6 pm. If you can get here before then, we'll replace your window today" (it was 5:30 pm when we called). We showed up around 5:45 pm, they took our vehicle right away, and before I could even finish talking with my insurance company, the window was replaced like new! The price was fair. The service was fast and high quality, and, given the crappy situation of finding our window broken, I could not have asked for a better outcome. We are so grateful that we have GlassFixIt in our neighborhood! We will be going here for all our glass repair needs in the future!
